セント キルダのかなり良いロケーションにある素敵な部屋。部屋は素敵で清潔で、バルコニーは嬉しい特典でした。私が抱えた 2 つの問題は、清掃エリアとフロント オフィスを兼ねた奇妙な受付エリアで、プロらしくなく「安っぽい」感じでしたが、滞在の質に必ずしも影響するわけではなく、ただ奇妙でした。主な問題はベッドでした!! 1 時間前のドアのようにきしみました! プライバシーはありません。使用される量に対して、高品質の「きしまない」ベッドのコストがほとんどかからないのに、このような不必要な問題はありません。これまで泊まったベッドの中で最悪のベッドの 1 つで、二度とそこには泊まりません。さらに、部屋を受け入れる前にベッドを確認するように注意されました! 下の階に泊まっている人たちに同情しました!! すぐに改善が必要です!!

スタッフの態度は悪い。電話越しに、彼がゲストのチェックインに我慢強くないのは明らか。ロケーションは悪くなく、何でも手の届くところにある。彼のサービスは、素晴らしい休暇の気分を台無しにする。また、ベッドとシーツは清潔ではなく、虫の死骸が転がっているのが見える。 メルボルンとセントキルダを訪れる人にはお勧めしません。もっと良い場所を探してください。

Requires a short walk to the nearest tram station and food places, however, room was very spacious and provided simple kitchenette good enough to prepare some meals!

One of the absolute best!

Reasonable price. It’s nice and quiet and i liked the aesthetic of it. We had a fridge breakdown but was solved quickly enough. It really needed a deep clean. I was happy to leave and move into a more comfortable hotel at the same prices. If you can get a good deal then it’s worth it. I felt I devalued myself settling for a cheaper space when there were others in better condition. Good for an overnighter I wouldn’t stay longer. Nothing against the owners they are lovely but cleaning is important to me and I had to clean toilet and fridge myself .

Please do NOT make the mistake of staying here! The images did not reflect the rooms, and ours stunk. At the time of booking, I asked Alex (the host) where to park our vehicle and he told us to park directly out the front of the accommodation. When we returned our car has been towed and our 7 year old son was in tears. We then had to pay for a taxi to retrieve our vehicle in addition to the towing fee, which totalled over $500. Despite many resolution requests the hosts declined to offer any form of compensation. This stay completely spoiled our entire holiday, and we will never return and would warn others of staying here.

This terrible hotel management comes up with a lot of excuses that someone from their team made a "mistake" when it came to booking a hotel room for an event in Melbourne and decides to tell us that our room is no longer available after receiving the confirmation number and pin number. This happens only a few weeks before the event and now is needed to find other accommodation. We were looking forward to using accommodation so much that we had booked months in advance. They were happy to have our booking before they knew that this event was going on and they had decided to cancel our booking after they knew they could jack up the prices so they kicked us out. Please be careful with this sketchy hotel!
