How can it be in ac resort that considers itself a family resort that cigars are allowed on the outside terrace. Absolutely disgusting, one person smoking a cigar and the whole terrace is impacted. It's not just here to be fair but should not be allowed

Stayed here for two nights as part of a trip around South Tirol. The reception is stylish and modern with the interior offering a cozy mountain lodge feel as well as luxury. The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms modern and well appointed. There is a lot to do: Swimming, hiking, tennis, horse riding, wellness, spa, saunas, golf, fitness, yoga, or you can do nothing and just relax in the garden areas. The restaurant has a hybrid of buffet and table service. The food is quite good with a broad variety of dishes. It is a typical holiday resort buffet restaurant vibe but the positives are that you have an assigned table for your stay and good table service with friendly service staff. The mountain views are great and very calming. It is a resort for families and or couples. The clientele are predominantly German, Swiss and Austrian but all the hotel staff speak good English and make you feel welcome. In the main foyer they have a games lounge with computerized tables with many games, this was a lot of fun. The only negatives were that we were asked if we required a turn down night service on our first night (should be standard), which we said we did want, but our rooms were not serviced so we did not have any fresh towels for the pools or the bathroom for the next morning. Check out is at 10:30 (rather early for a resort) and we had the housekeepers enter our rooms before we checked out (before 10:30). The bathroom amenities are in large bottles and just the minimum (for a luxury resort this could be greatly improved). Pleasing was that they charge your electric car and give water bottles for your travels at check out. Compared to other luxury resorts with similar price ranges, I feel this resort could do more with the overseeing of the finer details and aspects of guest stays in order to exceed expectations. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

We went up for an overnight trip to celebrate a birthday. The location was amazing and the service was top notch. The food was very good and they made sure to take care of all of our special requests. They are very pet friendly and there multiple locations to walk with your pet that have stunning views.

If you need the "perfection" during a Holiday, you must take time for yourself in Andreus Resort. This is not only a Luxury Resort but it's a comfortable place, with easy mood everywhere. How can say more? Andreus ... what else?

Sono andato con la famiglia in occasione del mio compleanno Una esperienza meravigliosa Il personale è sempre molto gentile e disponibile I servizi che offre sono eccellenti e le saune (io ne ho contate 4 ) sono bellissime per non parlare delle piscine esterne che sono riscaldate e il panorama è mozzafiato Mi ha colpito molto la presenza costante della proprietà e ti fanno sentire come a casa 🏠 Il servizio ristorante è ottimo e qui spendo anche una parola particolare per l’ottimo servizio di Manuel (uno dei camerieri ) che ci ha dato ottimi consigli sia sul bere che sul mangiare ma anche sulla struttura ma tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto cordiale . La sauna grande con le gettate è incredibile, una esperienza molto bella ed io che adoro dopo la sauna buttarmi sotto la doccia fredda avere a disposizione un intero lago ghiacciato è stato incredibile Consigliatissimo !!! Un grande grazie a tutti ….. a presto 🙏

Hotel in val Passiria localizzato su un pendio in posizione privilegiata sulla valle, con accanto un bellissimo campo da golf. Struttura di dimensioni giuste, non troppo grande e con servizi di assoluta eccellenza. Ristorante di qualità molto alta, cucina gourmet ma senza essere eccessivamente elaborata, pasticceria fantastica. Piscina interna ed esterna collegata, più una ulteriore piscina sportiva lunghissima per il nuoto, defilata ai margini del bellissimo giardino. Zona saune eccezionale, superlativa, probabilmente la migliore di tutto l’arco alpino, con augfuss masters a livello top (menzione speciale per Helli). Fitness tower panoramica e super accessoriata; sala per teenagers e per i più piccoli ben attrezzate.

Ho scelto L Andreus per via dei 12000mq di Spa declamati ,in realtà spalmati in 3 hotel non comunicanti tra di loro e soprattutto raggiungili “solo in auto “ !!!! La spa del Andreus e’ piccola e gli spazi sono promiscui: il giardino con laghetto naturale riservato al bagno post sauna è confinante con area bambini e camere , tanto che gli ospiti hanno la percezione di stare in spa ed escono nudi sul balcone. Non mi ha particolarmente entusiasmato la zona del bagno turco e delle tisaneria opprimente e soffocante : soffitti bassi e spazi angusti al limite del claustrofobico . La zona relax interna e’ piccola ma le chaise longue sono di ottima fattura , sicuramente è degna di nota la sauna evento imponente con gettate di vapore dirette da abili Aufgussmeister. Passiamo alla merenda ,beh per dirla in breve non è una gioia per gli occhi ! Le opportunità di divertimento per chi ha figli teenager e’ quasi pari allo 0. Non mi piacciono i decori ,istallazioni e quadri hanno un appeal dozzinale . Se non sei un golfista scegli altro perché per quelle cifre c’è di meglio,infatti durante il nostro soggiorno afflitti e delusi ci siamo regalati un Day spa al inimitabile “Quellenhof Luxury Resort” (dove tra l’altro abbiamo incontrato altri ospiti del Andreus). La struttura non è immersiva nonostante la bella posizione dalla vista impagabile.

Wie bereits letztes Jahr.... einfach der Wahnsinn. Urlaub ab dem Aussteigen aus dem Auto. Für die Kinder und die Erwachsenen. Liebevoller Kidsclub, Aktivprogramm und Essen vom allerfeinsten. Besonders die Angestellten machen es wirklich zu einem "Urlaubszuhause". Vielen Dank nochmal insbesondere an Demmi, perfekter Service und ein super Typ. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch im Dezember. Für uns ist das Hotel jeden Cent wert!
