セインツ ベイ ホテル(Saints Bay Hotel)

Homely, family-run, compact hotel. Staff are excellent, food very good, everywhere clean and most of the hotel had been recently renovated to a good standard. Rooms are still slightly basic (no wardrobe doors, no USB sockets,no shaver socket in bathroom, no safe, etc), but it is only a 3* hotel. Food and drink expensive, beer over £5 a pint, dinner £30, but these are the normal sort of prices in the Channel Islands. The bedroom windows are double-glazed, but are draughtly and the glass is blown, need replacing urgently. There is a nice swimming pool - but only table and chairs, no sun loungers. The dining room has nice chairs, but they are lounge chairs and too low, my chi was only an inch or two above my dinner plate! The hotel is a long way from the shops, but near to a lovely bay.

The airline arranged an overnight at this hotel when our flights were delayed. I stayed with my 4 siblings. The hotel is quite outdated in places and could do with some TLC but on the whole it was a lovely place to stay. It was immaculately clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The beds were so comfortable. I slept so well, it’s such a quiet hotel. We stayed for a 3 course meal in the evening which was lovely. The bar was open until 11pm. Breakfast had a good selection. The staff were incredible. Nothing was too much. They were very accommodating . I would definitely consider staying here again if we return. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the most amazing views on the cliff, the sunset is a must see!

Loved this hotel, no frills. Great hard working staff, good food and a clean bed, well stocked bar..Fantastic views, and a great local bus service.. The only downside of this hotel in my experience was the lack of a lift, open stairways with no bannisters.. not suitable for any one with mobility issues ..

We have just come back from a 6 day coach holiday from this family run hotel. We had a wonderful time, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were superb with a different choice every evening. There was easy access to the coastal path only a couple of minutes away. The rest of the island was easy to explore by the local buses with a easy 10 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop which will take you into St Peter's Port. We also booked local excursions which went ahead very smoothly. Thank you all at the St Martins Bay Hotel for a lovely stay.

Disappointing stay. Hotel is worn, looks like it’s been dragged backwards out of the 80’s and needs a good refurbishment. Pool not open all the time. Limited staff numbers with one person covering everything in the evening . Tendency to not open things like the bar in the evening. Had to go in and turn on the lights myself. Evening restaurant was a no. Room was very basic. Not good value for money. Avoid

It doesn’t look much from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It looks newly renovated with a colorful decor and the shower was especially nice and modern. The bar could do with an update, but I guess that might be next as the restaurant seems newer, too. Food was good, but has no or not many options for vegetarians. Additionally, I was missing sun lounges at the pool, but there is plenty of seating around it.

Stayed three nights at Saints Bay Hotel, throughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel is situated across road from cliff path with breathtaking views of the bay below. The staff are outstanding, all so mannerly, attentive and helpful. So lovely to be greeted constantly with a smile. Excellent bus service just a few minutes walk from hotel so whole island of Guernsey is accessible by public transport. Throughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Guernsey.

Saints bay hotel is set on the side of the Guernsey coastal path in an amazing location that is its only benefit This hotel is truly awful. Plastic duvet on bed. Paper thin towels. Plastic mugs and the worst value breakfast imaginable We booked to stay for five days but had to break our stay. We rebooked elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. In fairness two towels were replaced with marginally better. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had in any hotel. Heated up under a grill. Ju

Poor hotel, simple and no atmosphere at all. No beds near the pool, staff at breakfast speaks hardly English. Looks deserted when arriving. All plastic fantastic. Wonderful Cliffpaths nearby!! Matig hotel, alles is sleets en de aanblik doet verlaten aan. Geen gordijnen maar oude “witte” lamellen die vies verkleurd zijn. Dus hele lichte kamers. Geen bedden bij t zwembad, geen parasols. Alles is zo ongezellig mogelijk aangekleed. Personeel groet niet tenzij jij goedemorgen zegt. Ontbijt is ook matig en diner zeker niet aan te raden. Ligging is wel prachtig maar veraf van pubs en restaurants. Bushalte is 10 minuten lopen en rijdt savonds na 2000u niet meer vanuit St Peter Port. Dus taxi is dan noodzakelijk als je de deur uitwijkt om te gaan eten. Dus voor minder mobiele mensen is autohuur een must.
