Residence Inn New Orleans Covington/North Shore

Upon late arrival the check in processing was quick and friendly. Went to room as soon as door was open it smelled like a smokers room. The bed white bed linen had stains. Front desk was notified twice sheets were never changed. You must have your own transportation because hotel is not conveniently located close to airport and transportation is hard to find if you have an early morning flight to catch.

Nice, quiet property. Room was clean and spacious. The kitchen well stocked. Bed was relatively comfortable. The only reason for the 4 star is the furniture was old and the lounger was very uncomfortable and stained.

We stay here frequently and love it! We love having a full kitchen and living area since we’re always there for a week at a time.

Love the full size refrigerator in the room. Very clean and staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice accommodations. Rooms are spacious. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was heavy dust on sections of the wall behind one of the bedroom doors. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Otherwise the rest of the rooms were clean.

The staff was very friendly and spoke to you every time you came and left. Great location and convenient to go anywhere.

Thought the room was very outdated , did not Have shampoo, Kleenex ink pen or note pad. Was not happy with the room

This was an overnight stop on a road trip and it reminded me of why I love Residence Inn. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, great breakfast. This hotel was a short distance to Mandeville, which is an absolute don't miss, lovely little town on the lake with very few lodging options. The location of the Residence Inn was easy to get to Mandeville, historic Covington, and the highway.
