It was very comfortable relax atmosphere in our room, so I recommend this hotel. We used all the facilities and can approve that they are perfect for cozy vacation.

Hotel ist sehr schön. Neu renovierte Gebäude. Service ist Mega, immer begrüßt werden und sehr Nett außer an Top Deck Pool, da haben wir Jacuzzi genutzt (kostenlos) aber wurde ausgewiesen für andere Gäste, obwohl es noch andere freie Jacuzzi gibt. Alles andere ist schon, vor allem zu Front Office, Floor Manager und Housekeeping. Leider hat Trip.com eine falsche Buchung an der Hotel gebucht. Laut Trip.com bekommen wir Meerblick, aber bei Buchung in Hotel bekommen wir Landblick. Zum Glück war Hotel sehr Nett und das Zimmer wurde gewechselt.

No shower room to get changed into swimming wear near the pools No up or down arrows when waiting for the lifts which are far apart from each other Credit card is needed to get towel cards ( 35 euros deposit per towel card) so don't lose it When i and my friends arrived at the hotel we were too early to be checked in, our luggage was stored so that we could get something to eat, when we came back and checked in, we were given a free upgrade, our upgraded room was amazing, both double large open planned rooms and 2 bathrooms, large single and double beds, separate TV’s and hot and cold beverages. The next day due to the room being pre booked we were again given another Free update, this time myself and friend were given a family room which was huge, both rooms had their our separate balconies, the only downside was there was just 1bathroom, this fridge was also warm so i put cold water in the bin to keep my bottled lemonade cold. Lower breakfast restaurant is fully self-service with a huge selection of food, the upper breakfast restaurant is bigger, you are allocated a seating area, the selection of food is vast and you can request to the chiefs who you want yourtewl eggs or omelette cooked. Summary Lovely hotel and for the cheap price we paid , I didn't expect it to be as great as it was, would definitely come back again

Mohan service is excellent. He was very kind and helpful. Today is the Valentine Day and he made this beautiful swan for us. We enjoy staying here. Breakfasts are delicious and there is chaimpagne served. The view from the 11th floor is breathtaking.

Also excellent cleaning from Mohan. All the staff were eager to please. The hotel is well positioned in Qawra, just across the road from the sea which has magical colours of blue and azure. There are also superb restaurants on the other side of the road where you can experience Maltese and international cuisine.

The hotel was perfect for the price we paid. All of the staff were friendly all the time! Titon, who cleaned our room also was very nice and did a great job, we really liked him! All in all we can say it was the best hotel we could stayed in in Malta.
