Netter Empfang an der Rezeption. Auf Anfrage gab es sogar einen späten Check Out. Auto konnte kostenlos in einer nahegelegenen Parkgarage abgestellt werden. E- Ladestation steht zur Verfügung - Kostenpauschale 20,00 Euro.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Wellnessbereich und ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstück.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ideal für einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub in ruhiger Umgebung. Parken kann man kostenlos im Parkhaus. Der Park ist wunderschön zum Spazierengehen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Der Spa-Bereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Landschaft Top, sehr angenehme Ruhe. Perfekte Anfahrt vor das Hotel. Optisch genau richtig für Menschen die ein Hotel in der Natur mit Ansprüchen suchen. Terrasse, was will man mehr. Perhaps I am a bit biased… but it was an absolutely gorgeous hotel! The room and bathroom were nice, the staff courteous, and the food tasty. My only complaint would be that the saunas opened too late in the morning. But otherwise, this hotel will stay in my memory as a beautiful place that sparkled even in the grey of February.

We stayed here in 2020 and always planned on going back and finally managed to do so. Sadly just for one night. It was even better than we remembered. Maybe because it was during Covid then. The staff is lovely, the room was clean and had everything we wanted, including a balcony. Lovely view of amazing grounds. Dinner was a buffet at night which we liked and enjoyed outside on the terrace. Same for breakfast which has everything you could want. Would have loved to stay longer and hope to come again. Top hotel.

Pros The surrounding areas are beautiful, the staff are fantastic, the rooms are amazing, the food is expensive but tasty. Cons None of the free extras are available at this time of year. The bus doesn't start until may, the mini golf is still buried under leaves, the shop is closed. The main thing we came as a couple to do was visit the spa and saunas. We found out what textil frei means. The last thing we wanted to see as a romantic getaway was other people's bits and pieces. And no, there are no swimsuit options. Now we are sitting back in the room watching cable TV. If I had known I would not have bothered and booked anywhere else. Waste of money.

Second year here. Location is amazing. Lovely gardens to walk around - spa water on tap. Very relaxing - hotel is not stuffy or too formal. Hotel is well-run. Spa was very good (indoor and outdoor pools) and lots of space to sunbathe by the pool. Food was good (buffet dinner and breakfast). Quiet location so you need to like relaxing or you would have to drive somewhere for shops etc. Dog friendly (although to eat you need to either eat on the terrace or in the bar area - neither was a problem). Left feeling very relaxed. One of our favourite hotels.

A superb hotel in beautiful surroundings. Every aspect of our stay was great. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and attentive. Particular credit also to the receptionist Cedes Wittke, who was very helpful, polite and a credit to the hotel. - [ ] The location is within easy walking distance to the town of Bad Bruckenau, where there are numerous shops and restaurants. The spa facilities were amazing and the food at breakfast was just first class. There was an excellent selection and it was great to have numerous vegan options, including milks, yogurts and cheeses. It is definitely a place we would love to return to if we are ever in the area and we would recommend it to anyone. Simply brilliant. Thank you

In a nutshell: Bad Brückenau is one of the most stunning spots I have ever visited. You should experience it too! Just don’t come to this hotel. I visited the place for only one night with my wife and our baby, as we were driving trough Germany. We used the room service for dinner, we visited the breakfast, and the gym. I guess that this wasn't the best day for the staff, because we were quite disappointed with the level of service. First the good things about the place. The environment is beautiful. The architecture is breathtaking. There are many great paths to walk and enjoy the nature and peacefulness. The good things about the hotel: the breakfast was excellent. The equipment level in the gym was sufficient. They have a fair number of machines, but only a small number of free weights. They completely lack a proper pull-up bar or water machine. The gym is hot and apparently lacks AC, so I suggest people to take water bottle with them. Then what things we were not happy with: - In short, we were not happy with the service for the following reasons: - The English the staff spoke was quite bad and I guess they did not understand us completely, when we spoke. I believe, that this is rather surprising for the level of service this hotel supposedly tries to provide. I want to make clear: English isn’t my first language. - We had an extra bed in the room. I guess it was meant for the baby. Every other hotel managed to provide us a crib. It was a weird lapse, but of course not a detrimental one. The extra bed took some space from the room. - The room service, which brought us the dinner we ordered did not provide a tray or a cart. They gave the plate to me while I was holding the door. I managed to hold the first one with one hand. The first plate was not too hot. When the staff member gave me the second one, which had soup, I nearly burned my hand. It was hot. He did not warn me. He did not suggest me to hold it with two hands so I wouldn’t burn my hand. Apparently he did not speak English at all. - There wasn’t anybody at the front desk of the spa to tell, where the gym was. When we asked from a member of staff who happened to walk by, she didn’t know either. She clearly understood the question, because she tried to help us to find the place. Finally we found it by ourselves. - Also in the morning the member of staff tried to come to our room to clean it before we checked out. I have never seen that either. Normally during the last day they check from the system, if a quest has left the place, before cleaning the room. These things added up to a stay at the hotel, that wasn’t bad. I was just a bit disappointed, as I expected a flawless stay. I have gotten used to those with Dorint. It was also my wife’s and mine 10-years-anniversary and I booked something extra for our drive through Germany. But the final straw was, when I talked with the staff member while checking out. She asked, if I was happy with the stay or not, and I said that i

We stayed at this stunning hotel in a beautiful setting for a long weekend. Hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful, delicious breakfast with a large variety of hot and cold breakfast. The local village is a short drive or 45 minute walk which would be lovey in better weather.

the pros: most beautiful location, very nice, proper, modern rooms. the big con: I specifically chose this hotel as a stopover for a night on a very long road trip because it has a nice spa: Alas, never did I get informed that I will not be able to use that spa - not on their website when booking, not at reception. I do understand that Covid-restrictions apply to all areas of public life - but I feel cheated because there was simply no information. Only after check in I learn (not by the receptionist himself, he just throws a paper at me) that you need to book a slot well in advance - and that the whole spas closes at 8 pm. could have spent that money better. staff is very friendly - but obviously not aware of the necessity of open communication
