Amazing hotel with spacious apartments, great food, a calming and relaxing atmosphere. A beautiful beach about 100 meters from the hotel, though to reach any sand you have to go a bit to the right. Great availability of sunbeds near the pool, but the ones at the beach aren't free.

We chose this hotel because it looked lovely and was near Chania. Firstly, the good things about this hotel were the rooms, nice and spacious, beds comfy and they were cleaned daily. The barman was friendly and always made of point of asking how you were. The pool area was nice and cleaned regularly. So the not so great things were, no tea and coffee in the rooms, reception staff could of been more friendly and smiled more, food was mediocre (really not much choice at all), if you went to dinner later even less, occasionally we were asked if we wanted a drink with tea, sometimes we were just ignored, I didn’t order a cocktail at the bar because I thought €9 was very expensive. This hotel was supposed to have entertainment but out of the whole week they did karaoke once. Was very disappointing as it was advertised until the end of October. When we checked out, we weren’t asked how our stay was, which was very unprofessional. Will not return.

Nice and clean hotel, very good breakfast Thank you staff from restaurant and bar and Matina from reception !!! Nice pool areas and nice food at the beach bar. Cleaning ladies are very good and kind ladies!!! I got a very nice and big room and I liked that!

Arrived early hours of the morning and there were rolls and 2 bottles of water waiting for us. There was a tax to pay €49. The room was very spacious. Comfy beds, little kitchenette. Towel were changed daily. We paid €15 for a safe and €12 for beach towels which you could change twice in the week. The food was brilliant plenty of choice. My only negative point was at breakfast time they had a 2 slice toaster for the whole hotel. There was not much entertainment as it was end of the season. We got the bus into Chania €2 each plenty of buses run regularly. We also got the bus into Platanias which is a large modern resort. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Best hotel ever!! Friendly serviceminded and a staff to die for !! I miss Eva & Stella - coming back next year But want the same room !! A must in crete! Maggie the cleaning lady always the and the best bartender !!! Near bus stop and shops and car rental - you Could walk to agua Marina and on the beach !! Miss it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We're just about to leave this lovely hotel in Crete , we've had a wonderful relaxing time here , the rooms are clean and are cleaned 6 days a week ( not sundays) The staff are fabulous, they can't do enough for you. The pool is lovely and there are no sunbed wars. The guests are multinational which adds to the experience. Food is OK but we eat out locally on an evening, there are a few nice restaurants within walking distance. We're looking forward to returning next year
