シャングリラで最高のホテル！独徳宗古城のすぐ近く！隣には食事をする場所がたくさんあり、シャングリラ駅にも非常に近いです。 設備: 駐車場があり、お風呂も邪魔にならないように2つの洗面台が設置されています。 ユニークなのはチェックイン時にアメニティを選べること。アメニティも3種類あってとても便利でした（笑）。 空港ピックアップ/ピックアップステーション: レンタカーを借りて自分で運転したので、前夜に電話して空港まで迎えに行く必要があるかどうか尋ねました。笑、彼らは助けてくれました。ナンバープレートの番号を記録して、事前に駐車場に入ります。 ウェルカムフルーツ：チェックイン時にフルーツと高原麦ケーキ、プーアル茶をプレゼントします。 高原麦ケーキはとてもサクサクしていて美味しいです。 おやすみ甘いスープ: 甘いスープはトレメラスープで、私の部屋に届けられました。 サービス：サービスはとても良いです！前の晩に洗濯した衣類が乾いていなかったので、私が率先して手伝ってくれました。乾燥後は部屋まで運んでくれます。 朝食もとても充実していて、ビーフンは麗江で食べたものよりも美味しかったです！

The white space is like a treasure of Ritz-Carlton, quietly blooming at the north gate of the ancient city of Duichuang, which is one of the best-preserved ancient cities in China. The white space is only 10 minutes away from the high-speed railway station and airport, 20 minutes away from Napa Haiyi grassland by car, and 15 minutes away from Songzanlin Temple by car. Free parking is available at the door. It is convenient for travel. It carries all our burning dreams in Shangri-La. We have 23 rooms, including king-size beds, double beds, family suites, duplex suites, and so on, to meet the accommodation needs of different groups of customers. In the white space, it is your rest area in a foreign land, which can help you unload all the fatigue in the city.

ホテルは古代都市の一角にあり、古代都市の中心部からは徒歩 20 分です (場所は少し外れています)。外は改装中ですが、騒音はありません。内部環境は美しく、室内設備は先進的かつスマートで、バスルームやサニタリー製品も非常に優れています。フェイスタオルとバスタオルは使い捨てなのでとても親切！チェックイン体験は素晴らしかったです！ ただ、誕生日にケーキを買ったので、冷蔵庫にしまってもらいたかったのですが、拒否されました。チェックイン時は朝食サービスは提供しておりません。必要な用事ではないことだけは理解しておきましょうが、しばらくはやった方が良いかもしれません。幸運をお祈りしています！

the hotel is very clean and well-designed. Location is good. It's very close to ancient-city by walk. In the room ,there are floor-heating and oxygen. Most of all, Owners are very helpful and enthusiastic. I very recommend this hotel.

All i can say this hotel is very perfect stay for our Yunnan trip! This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The service is nothing short of excellent—they even offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the train station, which made our journey so much easier. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room is spacious, with a big TV screen and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The thoughtful amenities include a heated floor and bed, which were perfect for the cold weather. Even the toilet seat has a heater and a bidet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. They also provide additional oxygen in the room—a great touch, especially for those who might feel the effects of high altitude. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking! Imagine waking up to stunning mountain scenery, lush green grasslands, and sheep grazing peacefully—it’s like a dream come true. To make our stay even more special, they upgraded our room for free to one with a luxurious bathtub! For Muslim travelers, this hotel is incredibly accommodating—they provided us with a delicious vegetarian breakfast, so we felt completely at ease. However, please be mindful when sitting on the sofas as their adorable, friendly dog loves to sit there too and might come to greet you. Their dog is super cute and playful, adding a warm and homey touch to the stay! One of the most delightful surprises was that the hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes for free! We had so much fun dressing up and taking beautiful photos. It made us feel like royalty from an ancient Chinese dynasty—truly a unique and unforgettable experience. Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering suggestions, pinpointing locations, and ensuring we had everything we needed. A big thumbs up to the staff member whose picture I shared (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name). The hotel owner should truly give her credit for her exceptional service—it made our stay even more memorable! This hotel is located near the stunning Napahai Lake, not Dukezong Ancient City. If you’re planning to stay close to Dukezong, this might not be the best choice. But trust me, you don’t need to stay near Dukezong—this hotel is so good, it’s worth being a little further away. The peaceful surroundings, incredible service, and top-notch amenities make it more than worth it! Another fantastic perk is the nearby e-bike rental. We rented bikes and had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Napahai area and enjoying the serene countryside. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from Malaysia. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Trust me, you won’t regret staying here—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever! Sorry I don’t take too much photo, a lot of videos only. これは雲南旅行で最もリラックスした宿泊施設です。 Jinserの全体的なデザイン、家具、細部は味に満ちています。隅まで綺麗です。朝はどこも景色です。娘はすべての動物が大好きで、楽しい時間を過ごしています。朝、近くの農場の草原を散歩している農家はとても親切でした。朝食はとても豊富で、特にビーフンが大好きです。夕食にニシチキン鍋を注文しましたが、美味しかったです。ダイニング環境はとてもエレガントです。弟と妹はとても熱心で、サービスはとても行き届いていて、みんな笑顔です。私たちを高速鉄道の駅に連れて行ってくれた弟も、電車を見逃さないように責任があります。シャングリラに来るときは、間違いなくジンセに滞在します。

Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel had stunning views of the Yila grasslands/Napa Lake. There is a hillside pathway just a short walk from the hotel which leads you to an even better view of the surrounding areas. The hotel had horses, deers, and a Samoyed which you're free to interact with. Staff were very attentive and helpful from beginning to end. The dining area is in the adjacent building. The first floor is the restaurant and second floor is the cafe. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Ingredients tasted fresh and portions were good. Coffee was made upon request with an espresso machine. The dining area had lots of windows to look out and enjoy the view. The room was modern and clean. Heated flooring, shower stall, and toilet seat were appreciated. Room had a large projection screen for media. The 270 degree panoramic view room was perfect, what a sight to wake up to! Note weather conditions are variable in Shangri-la and can change by the hour. Can be windy and raining for a couple hours and then transitions to bright sunny skies. May have to stay for a few nights to avoid disappointment. Finally the hotel offers free transfers to and from the airport/train station in a very comfortable van. Hotel staff called the day prior to make transportation arrangements; your experience may vary if you have an international number vs. mainland number so may have to proactively reach out. Overall this is a quiet and peaceful hotel with great amenities about 30 mins outside of the Shangri-la city area. I would come back again.
