Gracious Staff, great location, great two bedroom Condo. Our Wifi in the first building we were in was out and it was a holiday which meant no repairmen available. They graciously moved us to another unit.

I had a wonderful experience here. Room was clean service was good, check in early, very accommodating. Hot tub in room worked very well. Quiet location great views. Easy to get to the ski resort. I recommend it.

Great experience, friendly staff, cute dogs!!! The condo is a bit dated but complete with amenities such as kitchen, washer and dryer, dish washer, microwave, etc. The place is up in the mountain about 20 mins from the city center.

The only positive review of this property was the location and the front desk staff. Very outdated units and a lot of maintenance needs to be done around the grounds and in the rooms. The house keeping was very disappointing. We could not talk to them since they seem to not understand English, so had to get all our request done through the front desk.

We had a 6-8 room unit and they are only up on the 3rd floor, 82 steps then a spiral to the master that doesn't even allow you to take your suitcase up without a major struggle! This deterred us from wanting to leave later in the afternoon knowing we had all those steps to deal with. There is also NO FIRE ESCAPES.. which means if there is a fire on the steps or any platform you will be Trapped! The one fire exstinguisher won't save you from. NO VIEW from the MAster Bedroom either. you are in a LOFT with NO WINDOWS. IT was not what we expected. YOu have to drive all the way around to go to the office and the pool etc. NOT convenient at all. I do NOT recommnend this place at all.

Very relaxing however location of resort was very isolated not much to do due to the season and weather conditions. Many shops, outdoor activities were not available until mid June. Overall we enjoyed the time with less crowds however we like a variety of outdoor activity we did lots of site seeing n ventured to other local cities

Yes it has steps, but everyone is warned so you need to get over it and consider the step climbing a positive, more calories burned and a chance to work off the muscle stiffness from ski-ing! Staff (Sammy) super friendly and nice. Location ideal.... stagecoach ski lift snd ski rental from CV sports by the fox and hounds half a mile away. Shuttle bus does the loop to pick people up from the bottom of the driveway. 15min drive into heavenly but preferred the stay out of the centre this time around. Dvds are plentiful for those quiet nights in, and lots of family board games available from the office. Would come again for sure.....

Very dated facility which is in need of a major overhaul. The staff is very friendly & helpful, especially Laruen Evison. Thanks for all the information Laruen! So much snow but the staff did a good job of clearing the uphill road to the parking lot.

Stayed in spacious loft with great views, which has full kitchen, 3 bdrm (incl. loft), 2 bath, and a giant spa tub. There was so much snow, but parking lot was always plowed, and we were able to use a community shovel to dig our car out. Front staff was great and helpful. Happy to have the grill in the winter and free DVD rentals. Would have given a 5 rating but there was a neighbor who played very loud music which reverberated through our room for several hours, but thankfully stopped exactly at the 10pm quiet hours. Staff was happy to help but only would have stepped in after 10pm. There is some wear on the rooms (countertops, furniture), but it did not take away from our stay. Beds were great, except for the sofa bed.
