ザ ブラックバーン イン、カンファレンス センター(The Blackburn Inn and Conference Center)

We loved the Blackburn Inn for our girls weekend. The property is beautiful! Staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Rooms had a separate sitting area with a sofa/bed and television in addition to the television in the bedroom ( which would be nice for children). The renovation done to this historic property is fabulous while preserving the Jeffersonian look that Blackburn had in mind originally. I can’t wait to come again this spring to see the weeping willow trees and the flowers in bloom.

I loved the historic nature of the hotel and the preservation efforts. What a wonderful change from the cookie-cutter chain hotels!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff Coffeemaker did not work and need side tables on both sides of the bed. But overall enjoyable.

I've been coming to Staunton Va. multiple times and have found a new favorite spot. If you appreciate, beautiful views of the Staunton hill side. And you appreciate architecture preservation and craftsmen work you no longer see, this is your place. It was a nice touch to be approached by the owner introducing himself at breakfast and having a casual conversation. Close and convenient to everything Staunton with much to offer for a niche retro town experience. So glad the area is not bull dozing and franchise building the historic architecture. Well done.

Beautiful place. The front desk clerk was exceptionally friendly. Very nice historic hotel.

I love how beautiful the Blackburn Inn is. The property is huge, close (but far enough away) from the highway, and inexpensive. My husband and I have stayed here before I made this reservation. We said we wanted to go back. So, I booked again. The historical opulence of this place is amazing. One night I stayed in a small room, but a second night I splurged on a bit bigger room and they were both awesome. Again, the value is amazing! The mountains are so pretty too.

My room was very nice but my coffee maker didn't work. I called to get it fixed and was told someone would come and fix it for by my second morning since I had to leave at 4am - no one ever did. Other than that, the parking is easy, virtual key is great. I only saw one staff member in the hall she was very nice. Nice property and third time staying there while visiting friends.

Do NOT miss going up the spiral staircase and going out at the top to look around at Staunton!
