It’s was good service from managers, Can improve in certain areas

Our room was only average. It did not have a coffee maker, as was listed. Also, one of the closet doors was missing a handle and the shower and air conditioning both made weird noises. The view from the balcony was wonderful, however.

Beautiful. Spacious. Great food choices good entertainment. Silent headphone parties. Saturday night jamaican beach party.

There is always room for improvement. I liked this resort and all it had to offer. Things to improve would be more activities for teens, and older teens. Teen zone didn’t have much to offer and was filled with younger kids. Invest in better pillows, or offer options. The pillows were horrible. More Caribbean options in the buffet, I don’t visit Jamaica to eat pizza or chicken nuggets. Rooms were a bit dated, but more than enough space and clean, with a well stocked mini bar. Most of the people were really nice!!! Notepads, should be added to the rooms to leave thank you notes for the staff. Overall, we felt safe. We walked the grounds at night. There is staff and security everywhere.

4 days stay - very nice property. Rooms are dated. Bathrooms were fairly small. Buffet was excellent, pool and beach were great. There is a great coffee shop on the main level with good coffee and pastries and and ice-cream. The exterior and grounds were very well kept. I didn't care for the cocktails. Would have been nice to have a premium bar/lounge on the property.

Pools were great. Staff was fantastic. Very friendly and plenty of staff, never had to wait for anything. Great family resort.

The food was below average as was the service at the restaurants. This was our 3rd time here and will not return. Beach is beautiful but doesn’t make up for the rest

The property is quite nice, the lazy river is very fun. We went kayaking and we were gifted with stingrays presence on the area, so i pretty much enjoyed it. The check in was quite hectic, the resort was fully booked and the lines were huge, we did not received our key until past 4 pm. On both wings there was just one lift working (per wing). The food was really blend, we tried different restaurants and yet food was tasteless, the majority of the desserts were terrible, and it was extremely hard to find anything chocolate flavored . The drinks were made out of very cheap rum and syrups, for the soft drinks they only had natural juices during breakfast, aside of that only boxed juices and obviously sodas. They only had purified water (one of my pet peeves), I wouldn’t mind to pay for some spring water and /or coconut water, but none was available for purchase, I had to leave the hotel to get water! For the alcohol if you want an average quality you will have to pay a part for it. Basically i liked the facilities but not the food and drinks, so the concept of all inclusive was not the best. Whilst there were many nice and helpful staff, we also got attitude from some of them, specially on Valentine’s Day, which also reminds me that we had a reservation and it was late, the line in front of the restaurant was big, and i did not see my food in over 1h of my reservation time.

I had a wonderful time there as we celebrated my granddaughters 16th birthday. My only complaint is that there was only 1 working elevator my entire stay. Other than that - great hotel, food and everyone was very hospitable!!!
