Good location , friendly personeel , good breakfast. Airco didn't work.

Konumu muazzam derecede çok iyiydi, kaldığımız oda avrupadaki otellere göre genişti. Bana göre Tek eksiği otoparktan asansörle geçiş yapılamıyor olmasıydı. Bağlantısı vardır diye otoparka indirmiştik arabayı kalacağımız ilk gece bilemedik. Ama dediğim gibi konum ve odaların genişliği çok iyiydi. Biz sabah 8 de çıkıp akşam 10 a kadar dışarılarda olduğumuz için haliyle yatmadan yatmaya gidiyorduk. Queen yataklı odasında kalırsanız extra yatağa gerek kalmıyor çocuk için. Fotodaki yere 1 dk mesafedeydik. Her yere çok yakınsın, başarılı bir oteldi bizim için

객실도 넓고, 청결하고, 물 수압도 엄청 좋아요~ 메인 광장이랑 가까워서 좋고, 직원도 너무 친절~ 완전 재방문 각이에요!!

房間地板的地毯有些臟，別的沒什麼毛病。大堂還免費提供熱紅酒，很贊

Good: Central location, clean, staff friendly, car park (chargeable). Bad: VERY tired hotel. Desperately needs a refresh. The room we stayed in had a very strong smell of blocked drains so bad we needed window open all night (Hotel staff really should know about it as it was overpowering). Room carpet stained. Car park "tight" to say the least, code changed overnight so getting out proved lengthy process as Reception didn't tell us when we checked out. Accor App didn't give free drinks x2 (we stayed in several Mercure hotels over our holiday and all others did)..just a paper voucher for ONE drink. Mean!

It was a pleasant stay, with a nice room, a good placement very near the center and the main attractions. The room was clean, nice, with enough space but with carton glasses. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied, with enough food and excellent location. The price of the room included breakfast but at the departure I asked a small package because I had to leave early in the morning and I could not have breakfast. This could not be possible because a person at the reception said that I could only have express breakfast at 9,50 euros per person. This was not fair as breakfast was already included. I am sorry.

Make no mistake, this is not a hotel but a Bed and Breakfast! No dining room and no bar - how does it trade as a Mercure hotel which used to stand for a class above an Ibis! No longer! Having said that, position wise excellent, receptionists were really good, the bed comfortable and the bathroom adequate!

The staff at this Mercure was very friendly and very helpful on this business trip. Wissal was so helpful to me and spoke perfect English. The hotel is centrally located in the city center but on a quiet street. My room was spacious and clean, it was also very quiet. I would stay here again.

Great location, standard hotel. The hotel is in the centre of Strasbourg and during the Christmas market times you need a permit to reach the hotel by car. The hotel only provides this upon request, together with a map which bridge you can pass. The hotel has no restaurant, but the hotel next door (Sofitel-same group) has one which you can reach through connecting hallway. The rooms are standard, one chair, open wardrobe, shower or bath, comfy beds. Hotel has offers breakfast and has an underground parking. Location is really 4 minutes walk from the centre.

Arriving late on a Saturday (Oct. 7) evening, the lady at the reception was extremely kind and arranged a booking at a very nice restaurant for us. This excellent service more than compensated some shortcomings of the rooms and their equipment. Merci!

Great city centre location close to all of the sights and entertainment: restaurants, cafes and bars. Stayed here because I needed a carpark and way to enter and exit. Didn’t eat here but eat at adjacent sister hotel - Sofitel.

This hotel is very very dirty. The room carpets are very dirty and had a foul smell in the corridor. See some pictures I have attached. Red Capet is almost black. I am amazed it’s a 4 star hotel. Although the location to the center is good but I will never stay here again.

Stayed for w nights, Feb 23. Had a room on the 6th floor, very dated and grubby. Dirty horrible stains on the carpet, bathroom needed some love, and I found a toenail clipping on the bathroom floor which was nasty. A/C didn't work, no shower gel in the bathroom but to be fair I asked reception and they gave me a bottle straight away. Overall it was mediocre at best buy could have been better quite easily if a few small things were dealt with. My room was right next to the lifts and they're incredibly noisy all day and night.
