Perfect location. Very clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Missed tea -set in the room. Difficult to park . Maybe an idea to reserve parking places for hotel guests in public parking places? Friendly staff

reliable. We liked the room very much. It was spacious and warm. We were pleased that they were thoughtful. It is a very nice thought that they provide additional soap and shampoo. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

I felt excellent in the hotel room because it was clean, I had heat, the toilet was super well equipped. The maid did her job very well. overall everything was excellent from sleep to mood to cleanliness, a beautiful day!

Clean, quiet hotel in a lovely old building, overlooking an adorable courtyard. Easy walking distance to anywhere within the old town of Strasbourg, and partnered with a very nice breakfast cafe. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommended!

I pick hotels based on location and this one was perfect. Everything we wanted to do (shopping and Christmas markets) was within a 10 minute walk except the train station which was a quick 10 minute tram ride. The hotel building is very old and the reception and stairs areas show their age so we were pleasantly surprised that our room was not just clean, but looked brand new. No scuff marks on the walls, no broken tiles in the bathroom. In fact the shower, toilet, and sink looked like they had never been used! If you aren't looking for bells and whistles and just a nice, clean room in a great location this is your place!

Well located in the center and a fair price considering the busy time of year with the Xmas market. The room I stayed in does not reflect the beautiful building. I would definetly recommend or return.

Staying at this alone, as a young woman, meant that I was sadly not comfortable. Especially considering that the rooms were open and had the key inside upon arrival, meaning that I had no idea if someone was actually in there. In addition, the environment inside was very dark and a lot of twists and turns in the corridor also made me feel quite uncomfortable. During the evening I also had people pull the handle to my door, making me feel very uncomfortable. In addition, the room was very cold and the bathroom was not really clean, I found someone else's hair in the shower as well as mold.

Everything was great all the way through my stay at the hotel. The check-in, the room, the team at the hotel, polite, friendly and helpful. This is a really good place to stay while you're visiting the city, plus it is in a great location!
