Prompt friendly service. Room was very clean . Enjoyed our stay on both occasions!

Overall our stay was nice. We enjoyed our room and the location is great. Check-in was super easy and so was check-out. Service at the restaurant/bar was ok. However, our initial visit to out room was not good. My wife mentioned that the shower looked used, that there was water still on the glass. Then when we went to put waters in the fridge, there was an open soda bottle in there. My son had started setting up the pull out bed from the sofa and there were crumbs on it. As if someone ate on the couch and spilled crumbs. When I fully opened the bed there were crumbs in there as well. That was it, I immediately called the front desk and went down to address the issues. The host was nice and appauligetic and set up a new room for us. She then offered me two complimentary items from the little market area. Not really that great of thing really, I grabbed two waters. Our new room was much cleaner. Had we not had plans set up we would have left, even though weve stayed here before and enjoyed it. I wouldn't totally turn away from staying here as the lobby area is nice and clean and overall the room (clean one) was good.

Great clean hotel close to 95, but was very quiet. Cracker Barrel right next door. Plenty of parking. We checked in at midnight the night before Thanksgiving and was expecting to be greeted by someone sleepy, but Leila was at the desk looking crisp and professional. She was so nice and helpful with our check-in. There was an issue with the A/C in our room and she immediately moved up to another room that was perfect. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here again!

broken lamp shade, waited unnecessarily long time for service, furniture had stains in room, desk table had sugar residue [not the best cleaning job]. folks were nice enough, quiet location. easy to order doordash etc. beautiful nature outdoors. close to highway which is a plus and minus. bed was comfortable. stay was fair but if you're a germophobe or clean freak, this is not the best option.

Staff was great - especially Michael! Beds were extremely comfortable so we slept well after a 13hr ride. Heater had a very bad smell so had to leave it off. The tub shower had a constant drip which we reported and they said “we know - we have 6 of them and our plumber canceled on us”. We would stay again though

It was a good stay. I have just a couple of suggestions. 1. Get some better pillows for the bed, or put diffrent types on the beds firmer pillows. 2. Bring your saunna tub up a couple degrees hotter and more jets.

All the staff were exceptional and knew how to run their hotel! Unusual today. The check in, out people know their jobs. The cafe people were courteous and ran the cafe right. The one room service person I met was super nice. We WILL be back!

We stayed for one night travelling, loved the spacious room, such a comfortable bed, shower was amazing. We dined in the evening and the food was delicious.
