Gentle people, nevertheless not really clean for European norm. The food was horrible, no tast... Do not take breakfast. The area is ver, very noisy

A decent hotel, not to near to city centre in my opinion. Located in the central of Surabaya.

Ok for short stay, customer service go beyond & above as they called up & checking if you’re staying comfortable and room condition after few moment checked in the room. Received and cake & tea as complimentary from the hotel as well. The only problem is the bathroom didn’t have the floor separator, cause water leaked everywhere every-time after shower. Breakfast has lots variety and good taste. Overall is a good stay.
