Decent hotel to stay,in primex location,worth the money,very easy going and friendly staff,good room service,fast check in and check out,all major restaurants nearby,car parking too provided in such restricted space,would certainly recommend to my friends,very close to railway station only 500 metres distant

Comfortable business hotel to stay in Surat. Hotel elements is close to railway station. The surrounding are quit & peaceful around the hotel.this is more of an business than an leisure hotel rooms were quite clean and bed Lilen where fresh. Overall ambiance was above our expectations considering the hotel is pocket friendly.

Everything was perfect but I forgot my passport at home and they do need it so there was some disappointment but they settle with passport picture. Also they should reduce volume of elevator announcement.
Overall it was nice stay.

"I recently stayed at Hotel Elements Surat and had a fantastic experience. The modern decor and attentive staff made my stay truly enjoyable. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel's central location was convenient the railway station was within walking distance and the on-site dining options were not available but they have a small restaurant in the same compound. Tempted by the amazing reviews, we booked three rooms for 3 nights. But things began to go wrong right away. ***y of the services that on their list are completely unavailable. There was no ‘optional’ breakfast in the hotel. They failed to clean the room at all on day #1, and finally did so on day #2 after I insisted. Walking around the hotel, we quickly realized that their “photos” aren’t real; they’re computer simulated images. Although the lobby was nice, it wasn't the pristine image they showed online. We also found the location to be poor; you have to walk thru crazy traffic to get there. The hallways are noisy. There was no shower curtain, so the entire bathroom floods. After we checked out, they posted a false review under my name saying how great I felt their hotel was! There are a lot of great hotels in Surat; this sure isn’t one of them.
