Broken bed. Bed leg broken in the middle of the night. Very horrible. Nothing is maintained. Bedrooms are of old fashion. Bathroom is not maintained.

Rooms are dirty & shabby. Dim lit bathrooms. Corridor has beatles spit marks on the walls & stairwells. Also an elevator that operates @ the will of the hotel. Staircase access to the ground floor is not there. So in case of a fire there is no escape route.

The hotel is located at the heart of the textile market and most convenient for business travel based on textiles. The staff are friendly and welcoming. However, cleanliness and hygiene are quite bad. Also, there are hardly any amenities. The restaurant at the top of the hotel is decent.

The reception staff was attentive. The room service was excellent

Is comfortable, warm, and worth the money. Most important is the location which is in the middle of the bustling city making most places reachable, especially if you are in business

This is an average hotel. This does not deserve a 3* rating. Very old style hotel. Lifts have to be manually operated. Not user friendly. Average hotel with average facilities. Not much options in breakfast. Overall 3 rating

Conveniently located.. comfortable if you have business activities… As it is Surat is hardly a tourist friendly location… Cunning petty traders.. Unfortunately such bargaining culture is extended to reception desk.. The whole hotel was empty hardly few guests… out of the booked 2 rooms they upgraded one and asked to pay for the second… the only difference between the 2 rooms was just 1 floor apart and one was clean and other was messy… Good and adequate room services… I would rate 3.5 out of 5
