Campanile PRIME - Suresnes - La Défense

ホテル自体は悪くなく、スタッフもフレンドリーで親切でしたが、バスサービスなど、特定の情報を提供してくれない人もいました。立地はパリ市内や地下鉄の路線から少し離れています。部屋は素敵でしたが、少し狭く、バスタブから出る際の手すりや朝食時間の表示など、必要なものが不足していました。朝食ビュッフェは品揃えが豊富でしたが、ホットチョコレートマシンが何度か故障しました。全体的には良い滞在でした。

ホテルの部屋は清潔ではありませんでした。枕は交換されておらず、非常に強い不快な臭いがしました。さらに、ベッドシーツには髪の毛がいくつかありました。

They greeted us very nicely when we arrived. We were given our room cards quickly. The room was nice. There were five of us in the room, so it was a bit cramped. The chairs were made into beds so the places to sit were on the beds. The beds were very comfy. The room could use a bigger trash receptacle and a small refrigerator. Towels and sheets were fresh and clean. The one big bed was comfortable. Plenty of plugs for electric devices. The room was quite when the windows were shut. Our windows were on a busy street. The traffic was amusing to watch. Our view was fantastic. We could see the river and best of all the Eiffel Tower at a distance! The hotel was quiet, we slept great. It was a very nice place. We enjoyed walking around the area as well. There were some restaurants and shopping areas. There was a market on Saturday. We enjoyed our first stay in Paris!

Hotel itself is fine. Decent, well furnished rooms and good facilities, with on site restaurant and bar. However…guests make noise throughout the night, with doors slamming, loud conversations and stomping up and down uncarpeted stairwells. Despite rooms being nicely furnished etc, money has clearly been saved on sound proofing ,making this hotel a nightmare to sleep in. Given a hotel’s only purpose is to sleep, this hotel is as useless as a chocolate teapot and its guests are inconsiderate and noisy. Don’t bother and stay in a more expensive and quieter hotel.

The lady at reception was very unhelpful i really mean extremely unhelpful we had 3 people in one room a tiny room i will add the tired bed was a pull out over the heads of the other 2 beds that is bad yes but we pay for 3 people but she would only give 2 keys ? And now way she will give the tired key and to make this matter worse she told me that she was the manager I have never met such a terrible person working in a hotel in Europe in modern time. Next the dinner is included in our stay and that was a joke. It's 2025 lads come on you can do better than that.

The rooms are nice and we booked two rooms as a party of 4 and it had a connected door which was cool. Beds are comfortable and you have Netflix which you can sign into if you want. Rooms are clean. The breakfast was very limited, barely any options and for €16 euros just not worth it at all. Also the staff were nice but could’ve been more helpful. We initially thought there wasn’t a usb port and forgot our eu plugs, we asked front staff if there is usb port and he said no and advised we go to the shop across road where we got a eu plug and then come back to the room and saw a tiny usb c port. Perhaps he didn’t know since this place is being renovated, but then following morning breakfast no one greeted us for breakfast and we assumed we had it included. So we went in, it was not until we were finished barely eating that she checked and confirmed we did not have breakfast. If someone had just checked before we sat down, we wouldn’t have had the breakfast and it was even more frustrating because we barely ate anything as it was very limited like the only egg was boiled and you had to boil yourself. It would’ve been nice to have at least scrambled eggs. Other than that, the hotel is just a 30-40 min journey out from central on bus but it was easy to travel from as the bus stops were literally close by. Also shops nearby which is handy. I think the let down a bit was the unnecessary expenses that would’ve been avoided if the staff just helped better.

Not great property. Staff wasn't really helpfull.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel arrive en plein après midi rien de vraiment spécial a dire... Personnel agréable service au bar rien a redire bref sympa jusque là. Nous avons ensuite été voir un concert et la a notre retour on a déchanté... Nous voulions prendre un verre au bar annonce sur un écriteau a l'entrée de l'hôtel "ouvert jusqu'à 1h00 7/7" et bien non 00h30 pas possible d'être servi au bar personne a l'accueil ni rien. Sur ce un homme arrive on lui demande si nous pouvons avoir a boire et la d'un ton agressif on nous réponds non c'est fermé. Nous lui disons qu'il est affiché jusqu'à 1h00 et encore une fois d'un ton sec " je vous dis que c'est fermé" pour finir nous lui demandons si nous pouvons au moins prendre des canettes dans le frigo côté accueil et la "vous vous moquez de moi vous m'avez demandé le bar" bref pas super cool l'accueil. En résumé personnel de jour sympa mais personnel de nuit désastreux... Quand on voit le prix qu'on paye pour une nuit ça fait mal au ... Passez moi l'expression. Personnellement je le déconseille.
