It’s unfortunately common amongst the Four Seasons hotels nationally. Once there’s a wedding or big event, the quality and attention to detail goes down. It was obvious. We also did not get tended to when we went to enjoy the beach. I asked for vegan options/accommodations and was completely ignored. When requesting simple things like ice or toilet paper, it took over an hour to receive. I’m allergic to dust and had an awful first night because there was dust everywhere. I was up sneezing all night. Thankfully when requesting allergy medicine, they sent benadryl. Regardless, it only made me drowsy. I had to run out the next day and grab allergy medicine When I decide to book with any Four Seasons hotel, I expect significantly better.

Loved the Four seasons surf club in North Miami. It was nestled in between Four Seasons high rise residences. Excellent customer service and each Four Season property is consistent. Champagne upon arrival and private tour of the hotel. Champagne bar was designed with green and tropical decor. Stunning architecture! Walk access to the beach with private cabana and food and drink service. 2 pools and Thomas Keller restaurant onsite - Surf Club. The room had floor to ceiling windows. Touches of brass decor everywhere you turn in the hotel. Gift shop onsite, gym and spa. Absolutely love this beachside property.

The Four Seasons Surf Club is an excellent hotel with very good F&B in Surfside (North Miami Beach). Service is polished and the design is well done. The hotel can be both a quiet paradise and an action packed scene. Would not hesitate to return despite prices climbing into the stratosphere!

From the moment we hopped in the sedan arranged by Four Seasons to check out, we experienced nothing but total relaxation accompanied by gorgeous views from our oceanfront room and absolutely superb service. If we even thought we needed something, an attendant was there to fill our needs (e.g.: I reached to lower my pool chair and struggled with it for about 2 seconds; a young man was immediately there asking whether he could assist). Four Seasons misses no detail. Our trip was a short one, an early 50th birthday celebration for my wife; upon entering our oceanfront room, we were greeted by huge 5-0 balloons, cheesecake decorated with a celebratory message, and chilled champagne. What a wonderful and special surprise. Thank you, thank you to everyone at Four Seasons for making our stay memorable. We will absolutely be back!

We stayed for six nights in the Hotel Four Seasons Suf Side and the entire stay was an unforgettable experience. Gastronomy at the highest level. We'd love to come back again. You can feel top management in every detail.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful for a second. I thought I was back in Postiamo, Italy. The champagne bar, food grounds, and service were excellent. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back in the future.

For a hotel of that category and price level, the sound level from the road below was insupportable. I have been at hotels of a lower standard, located in even more noisy locations (airport, highway) where the soundproofing was infinitively better.

What a combination! Perfect beachfront hotel with best of everything. Linens, towels, views, food, gelato…a place to go and forget the life you left behind. Most incredible is the service. Me and my family were there for 4 nights and felt like we were the only guests there since the service was intensely supportive to the extent that it left me wondering how and where do they find such great help. Would and will return!

This is the best hotel in Florida. Worth every penny, and the experience is completely another level! Impeccable service, attention to detail, delicious meals, dreamy views. Staff makes it a priority to make you feel like you are the most important person in the hotel.
