The receptionists are very professional, polite and helpful. During our first day of check-in, they provided us the Suzhou travel guide, introduced us some local attraction spots and foods. And at our last day of stay, we missed our train to Hangzhou, the staff offered help to contact our booked hotel at Hangzhou (another homeinn branch) to check whether we can cancel one night stay at the hotel. Although the request didn’t succeed, the gesture and helpfulness of the staff make me feel warm and grateful.

Fantastic location! Super close walking distance to Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator Garden, and Pingjiang road for shopping and food. Very central location to the main tourist areas in Suzhou. Staff was very nice. I did not use the laundry services but it seemed very clean and accessible. The first room I was in had a very bad cigarette smell day and night. I changed rooms and the smell went away. The rooms were clean but insulation is not great so you can hear other visitors in other rooms. If you are a delicate light sleeper, you may want to stay away from this location.

The location is right at the metro station, near Dushu lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was good, but a little bit worn out and not super clean. Overall a good experience.

店は比較的広く、環境もとても良いです。子供たちはここのトレッドミルが好きです。朝食は豊富で、サービスの姉妹もとても気配りがあります。ホームインは外出する最初の選択肢です。友達と7日間遊びに来てください。 6日間は家にいます。友達も快適に感じます。経済状況が許せば、圧力ゼロに生きなければなりません。本当に違う感じですね

ホテルは基本的にどこからも遠くなく、地下鉄4号線の駅からも遠くありません。ホテルのフロントはフレンドリーで、あらゆるリクエストに対応してくれました。また、連泊しても毎日掃除が行き届いていて、全体的には満足です。友達に勧めます。

部屋の衛生状態はとてもきれいで、ランドリールームはとても便利で、洗った服はかすかな香りがします。客室の叔母もとても熱心で優しく、滞在にとても満足しています。

這一次是完美的入住體驗！ 從入住到退房，整個過程都非常愉快。前台工作人員態度友好，辦理入住迅速。房間寬敞明亮，床品舒適，浴室乾淨整潔，設施齊全。酒店的早餐種類豐富，味道也很棒。周邊有很多購物和餐飲選擇。還有洗衣房，前台小姐姐還主動幫我洗衣和烘乾，下次來一定還會選擇這家酒店！

離蘇州劇場超級近啊，直接就能看到。 衞生：房間很乾凈也很舒服，一點味道都沒有，淋浴間也很大（對單人來説） 服務：前台會問你需要安靜還是採光好的房間態度特別特別好！早飯很好吃，來了都要吃一碗麪哦。外賣有機器人送上樓，順便一提附近好吃的特別多！ 環境：我本人睡眠質量很好，選了採光好的房間靠近馬路那一側，白天會有點吵，但是晚上就沒什麼聲音了，建議敏感的朋友們選擇隔音好的房間。 總得來説很不錯很不錯，有好劇看我還會來這家住！

Good location, good service. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the main entrance of Luzhi water town and there are a lot of restaurants to eat in the neighborhood. If you drive you can park your car for free. I find the breakfast is very good value for money. They have noodles cooked on the spot which is very yummy. I ordered twice.

地點就在木瀆古鎮旁邊，比較方便 酒店顯示是20年開業的，但是感覺住起來設施有些老舊，房間有點小了，不太符合定位，停車場在小院裏，不太好找，早餐還可以，正常普通如家的感覺 洗衣房設施有點舊
