スタッフは食品の配達や宅配サービスのお手伝いをします。しかし、部屋の清潔さは依然として標準以下であり、部屋のさまざまな隅に埃の塊が見られます。壁には漆喰で覆われた奇妙な斑点もありました。部屋のテレビはディスプレイのみで、視聴可能なチャンネルはありません。

Mechar Hotelは、金鶏湖の隣のリーゴンディに位置しています。ホテルは素晴らしく、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。私の家族と私は、4人家族を収容できるファミリールームに宿泊しました。地下鉄の駅がホテルの目の前にあるので、ロケーションは最高です。周辺には飲食店も多く、散策できる観光スポットも多く、昼間はとても静かなエリアです。ただし、夜は多くの人で賑わいます。 チェックインの際、部屋の掃除が行き届いておらず、清掃スタッフが部屋を掃除するまでに時間がかかりました。それが春休みで、スタッフがあまりにも多くの部屋を掃除しなければならなかったためかどうかはわかりませんでした。しかし、その日は外出し、戻ったとき、部屋はまだ汚れていました。 私がホテルに勧めることができれば、忙しい幼児にはうまくいかないので、ベッドの階段をもう少し大きくする必要があります.最初のステップはベッドの端に近すぎ、2番目のステップは十分に大きくないため、滞在中に息子がステップを踏み外して転び続けました。

Location: the hotel is very out of the way from the attractions, except the lake. It took us 45mins on the metro to most of the attraction , ie ping jiang lu. metro station is just outside the hotel entrance. Car and taxi are unable to drop you off right outside the hotel door, they can access the number 6 car park entrance to the underground car park to drop you off. family room is spacious. Although, hotel website stated it is smoke free room and hotel. however, people can smoke at the corridor and in the restaurant at 1st floor. The entire corridor smell of cigarette smoke. We had 1 night where many people smoke in the restaurant, the smoke came through the air conditioning. our room stink of cigarette. and causing my mum has asthma attack. we also has insect crawling from the drain pipe to our room. i would not recommended to stay in this hotel.

Hotel Review: I recently stayed at this hotel in Suzhou for two nights and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The value for money that I got at this hotel was truly unbeatable. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities provided were top-notch considering the price I paid. The location of the hotel is fantastic, centrally located with easy access to all the key attractions in Suzhou. It made exploring the city a breeze, and I enjoyed the convenience of being close to everything. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and their hospitality truly made a difference. One of the best perks of this hotel is the free parking available for guests. It was such a relief to not have to worry about parking fees or finding a spot, especially in a city like Suzhou where parking can be a challenge. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great value hotel in Suzhou. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city.

Great hotel with a making location. However the bathtub didn’t really work.

Stayed for four nights and the experience was great. Just a short walk away from the lake. Very convenient location from downtown and all the touristy spots taking the taxi. The hotel was very clean, family friendly, staff were attentive to guests and even helped me track down the Meituan guy trying to find the hotel. Walls were thick enough to have a good night's rest, which is very important as I'm a light sleeper (even with wearing earplugs). On top of that, the park has some great eats like a hotpot place, steakhouse, Italian food with wine, a clothing/jewelry shop or two for the ladies, a little skateboard park for the kids, and a Lawson if you need any last minute stuff. Great customer service skills, great environment, great view. 10/10 would highly recommend. 🥰🥰

Never again that Hotel. Staff English only basic, hard to communicate. Breakfast was disappointing, TV doesnt work in thew room, Wifi doesnt work in the room . Asking staff to fix it nothing happen, nobody interrested to help and to solve the problem

The hotel was really clean and provided a nice stay. Ligongdi is a really beautiful area and nowadays also connected to the rest of the city by metro.

My stay at Merchar Hotel was nice! The view from the window is remarkable. This location is perfect for people who would like to visit Suzhou downtown. It’s accessible to several good restaurants along Ligongi. It is also near the Suzhou Industrial Park Mall. Definitely, I will comeback here!
