One of the best stays I’ve had so far. The hotel staffs were all very helpful, especially the gentleman who helped me with my huge luggage (the road at the front of the hotel is blocked by construction works so my luggage can’t really make its way to the main road). The facilities were all very clean and new, and the room was pretty sound proof too. What I love about this place is that the hotel staff will help to deliver my deliveries straight to my room, which I really appreciate. (Most hotels will require me to head down to the lobby to get the delivered items myself). Overall I had a great rest here and highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Suzhou. One small suggestion: maybe the cleaning staff can make the bed and tidy up the towels when cleaning up the room. I almost thought that my room wasn’t cleaned up when I returned to my room. Other than this, everything was perfect.

The most outstanding part of the hotel, I must say, is the staff. Everyone of them, without exception, is the friendliest and most helpful lot I have ever met at any hotel who would go out of their way to make sure your stay in the hotel is pleasant and comfortable.
