We stayed for 2 nights n there was no hot water, we used cold water, I did not like that at all, was so disappointed, the location is ok n price , the manager was friendly thou n tried to explain that they had one of the pipes burst thats y there was no hot water, breakfast was 10/10

Worth every cent, I would recommend it to friends and family. Staff is friendly, it’s clean, spacious and all things beautiful.

They were ready when I was here. Had just landed for days late, after Kenya air pilot strike! I was so happy to land at walvis Bay! My room was ready I was a bit early. I did email them, they were gracious to let me in early! Beautiful deck. Clean room, spacious, airy. Walk to the beach 5 minutes!!! Little table in room, fridge, safe, snacks, tea coffee and breakfast included! Bring your electrical plugs if coming from NA!

I stayed only one night during Namibia roundtrip at this central located hotel. rooms and bathrooms are standard size, clean and cosy. Service is very nice, friendly and helpful. breakfast very good. Inteŕsting is that they offer leather (kudo) shoes at very reasonable price.

We had a family room. It was an internal room so the light was not great, but the rooms themselves were excellent as was breakfast. Staff all very helpful and friendly. They provided advice on what to do and where to eat, all of which was spot on. They even made bookings for us! We stayed for 3 nights but we felt we left as friends. Would certainly recommend. Also a super view from the roof!

When our originally booked B&B ended up being too far outside of the city Center we relocated to the Plaza. The hotel is about 4 stories and well located in town and 3 blocks to the ocean. The Manager gave us a choice of 2 rooms - actually suites - and after showing us each we chose the larger of the two. It had a bedroom, separate living\dining room with lots of space. Water was provided. The room was bright and clean and had a balcony with outdoor furniture. There were lots of electrical for charging. We found the room very quiet with no noise from other rooms or the street. The Plaza is structured so the hallways are outside - and rooms are off sheltered alcoves. There is a rooftop lounge and a restaurant on the main floor where an included breakfast buffet is served. There are elevators to the floors. We found customer service to be excellent. I would definitely stay here again!!

They call it hotel. I would call it a bad youth hostel. Who puts stars on this kind of bad places? Sheets with plenty of holes. Paper thin walls. Noisy guests. Cold. Not possible to close windows. Noise from the street below. Do not go there.

Nice and central. Cost-effective, friendly and efficient staff and everything runs like clock-work. Great stay.

Pictures (advertising) looked better than the actual place.
