Best Western Brockport Inn Suites

Very clean, recently updated, comfortable beds, very nice breakfast. Everything we needed at a decent price.

Folks behind the front counter were very helpful w questions about the area. Room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

I like this hotel very much. This visit I did not find the room to be properly clean. The bathroom floor had hair on it. I was surprised because it's usually a very clean hotel.

We have stayed at this property multiple times over the last few years and this stay was extremely disappointing and maybe our last if things don’t improve. At check-in the room was semi-dirty (as in hasn’t had a deep clean in a long time) and smelled funny, the bedding was wrinkled and the daily breakfast was extremely disappointing. I used to have nothing bad to say about this hotel and we looked forward to staying there when visiting family so I really hope management can improve. I also think the pet fee is now quite ridiculous compared to what it used to be (previously a small set cleaning fee, now a daily fee PLUS deposit??) Obviously there aren’t many options in Brockport but I was very dissatisfied with the experience this stay compared to how this hotel used to be.

While the front entrance bright blue paint seems a little dated, the property is well maintained. The room was clean and well appointed. I appreciate that proteins were available for the breakfast service. Limited retail is generally near but I was without a car during this stay; the closest intersection's traffic volume gives me pause to cross these roads on foot. Should I be in a hotel in this area, I would consider booking it again.

The staff was very hospitable and the accomodations were veey comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to a shopping area.

The only problem we had was that one of the dresser drawers was missing a knob, the floor was stained in between the bed and bed table. The room was not vacuumed and towels were not replaced. The trash was not taken out. Also they credit your 'tab' for soda instead of allowing you to pay in cash.

Everything and everybody went out of their way to be nice.Should we go back to Brockport NY,we will be staying there.

Overall is a nice place. Quiet, clean. Usually bathtub would have an anti slippery carpet or surface, but not here.
