Both me and my family were really satisfied with everything the hotel had to offer. The spa is excellent for children with a shallow pool and a slide. We appreciate the wide breakfast and dinner offer. We will definitely come back sooner rather than later.

My experiences with Sylfirm X have been very painful in the past, but my recent visits to the new Rejuuv Medi Spa at 3601 Highway 7 have been a game-changer. Tina, the nurse, applied the numbing cream to my face and left it on for over half an hour, which was very effective. The addition of laughing gas during the procedure was incredibly helpful in managing any discomfort. I also took 2 Tylenol extra strength for pain relief, I believe other painkillers were not recommended. Within a week, I noticed significant collagen stimulation, so much so that I decided to forgo the Botox for my forehead on the second visit. This modern clinic opened just couple months ago, is situated on the 12 floor, offers breathtaking views from every room and boasts brand new state-of-the-art equipment, which was particularly beneficial for my sensitive, aging skin.

Hotel, restauracja, wellness, obsługa, obiadokolacja i śniadanie to wszystko jest na najwyższym poziomie. Klimatycznie, czysto i smacznie. Kuchnia - po wcześniejszej informacji - serwuje dania dla osób z dietą bezglutenową. W to miejsce chce się wracać.

We visited Poland for the first time in our lives and it was a very pleasant positive surprise for us. Beautiful place, beautiful hotel with great facilities for a family holiday. We enjoyed the whole stay great, including excellent food, drink, nature, beautiful places on the Polish and Czech side. The staff and the hotel facilities were great. We can only highly recommend it to everyone:-)

We had an incredible time staying at this hotel with our family. Everything was absolutely wonderful, and we are already looking forward to our next visit, as we have already made our booking. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy everyone’s tastes. The spa area was a true oasis of relaxation, allowing us to unwind and rejuvenate. Our kids had a blast of fun in the well-equipped playroom and enjoyed endless fun in the pool area. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable family getaway. Can’t wait to return!

My second stay there, loved everything - wellness zone, massages (especially super relaxing Kobido), restaurant and breakfast. Staff always very helpful. Prosecco for breakfast on Sunday. Two types of robes. I will be back.

Recently my fiancée and I had pleasure of staying at this hotel and we had a great time there. It's located very close to the hiking trails as well as the beautiful city center of Świeradów Zdrój. The rooms are clean and cozy with the charming mountain view. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. For breakfast delicious dishes made of local products are served as buffet, but the problem is you cannot taste everything due to wide choice and limits of your stomach. One of the greatest advantages of the Biały Kamień hotel is SPA and wellness area where after whole day of hiking in the mountains you can hop into the hot jacuzzi and just chill out. You can also use other facilities as saunas, salt chamber, etc. However swimming pool could be a little bit bigger if you want to swim for longer distances. If you are seeking a nice place to spend time away from everyday life, this hotel is an excellent choice.

We took a room with a mountains view, and definitely recommend that kind of solution :) For a week we were almost alone there. Nice place to chill on the jacuzzi and in the pool. Small pool for the youngest, but it was enough. Very nice playroom and basically you shouldn't be afraid if your kids will be bored there. Very tasty breakfast. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are big, people are kind. Very enjoyable stay.

Decent hotel but pictures do not reflect the reality: everything is smaller than it seems, the rooms, the wellness area, pool, everything. We were there in the middle of the week and the place seemed crowded (no available seats at the pool, very annoying!) I cannot imagine being there during a weekend, it must be a nigh**are. Restaurant is overpriced (nearly 200 pln for a steak?!). Service was good, but we were extremely disappointed with lack of available appoin**ents for trea**ents. One goes to such a hotel to benefit from a massage. We were not able to, everything was fully booked. Pity we were not informed that we have to book in advance (despite a question asked!) Family room is ok, but rather small and sofa bed was not comfy. Breakfasts were good.
