Will always recommend this property. Great staff makes you feel at Home! Front desk, housekeeping, all had a friendly greeting each time. Wonderful breakfast. Rooms were nice, and always quiet each of the three nights stay.

Dirty room, noisy hallway that kept my baby up all night.. limited parking had a hard time finding parking for my truck. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs were powder, bacon was super greasy and danishes were microwaved. Pancakes 10/10 from the machine. Overall rating 2/10 won’t be coming back.

Overcrowded unremarkable 2.5 hotel Overall, the hotel is ok. The big draw for a family is the water slide - however, it’s only open/accessible from 4-10pm. The sheer number of guests compared to the pool facilities size means the tiny pool is overrun with people and there are not enough chairs to accommodate more than 8-10 people at once. You can tell this is an older, dated property that has been cosmetically updated. Our bedroom was clean, the bedding and beds were comfortable. It was the bathroom that was the problem; shower grout had pink mold. Provided shampoo / conditioner / body wash was orange blossom - I found the scent overwhelming, especially when compared with other hotel brands have more universal scents (vanilla or a fresh/clean scent). The provided breakfast was decent but the “dining area” of about 10 tables was entirely overwhelmed by the volume of guests. There was a large line up and wait for food; the staff were completely overwhelmed trying to keep up; and it was a jockey to spy a table then hustle over to it to get yourself a place to sit and eat (very quickly) due to the noise, lineup of people snaking through the few tables back into the lobby. An ok hotel, but amenities are limited in size (more suited to a small boutique hotel) and if the hotel is at capacity - you will definitely notice. I’m a frequent and budget conscious traveller and have stayed with many other brands (IGH, Hilton, BonVoy) and this property unfortunately was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

The hotel was nice and clean, the rooms were spacious. The only downside was you could hear your neighbors and folks above you very clearly.

Loved the waterslide! The location is great, close to everything. Breakfast was delicious. If im ever in Swift Current again I would not hesitate to stay here!

Very disappointed as I have stayed in this hotel before many years ago and it was lovely. Unfortunately it was quite dirty this time. We had yellow spots on our bed sheets on both beds. There was lots of dirt on our floors. The mirror has streaks on it. Just unfortunate.
