Otherwise the overall standard was fine. Breakfast was nice and appreciated. A major complaint was that staff made an error by placing sports team of young folks amongst regular guest rooms. Had to call front desk to complain of people running up and down hall outside our door and yelling in car parking lot at 10:45 at night. While that complaint was addressed fairly promptly, doors to neighbouring rooms began slamming at 5 am. So this hotel created an environment that prevented us from obtaining a restful nights’ sleep, which I believe is a fundamental expectation when booking a hotel room for the night. I would think twice before booking this hotel again.

I found the lady at the front desk was wonderful. She was upbeat and so very friendly. The breakfast was very good too.

The hotel is in a convenient location, closer to the waterfront and shopping areas. The building is a bit old. The noise isolation isn't really good. But for a one-night stay, it's alright.

The good: The check-in staff and the manager who worked to get me on the points program. The not-so-good: Price $100 above comparable facilities in the Maritimes Inside side of bathroom door was black from handprints No spare box of tissue in the bathroom Room was between teen-aged sports team - very noisy Breakfast area too small for more than a few people

Need a place to stay in transit. Perfectly served the purpose. Was a little nervous when we were told to enter the building from the rear and encountered a bunch of people outside there at dusk smoking - looked liked they were full timers. No problems. While the free breakfast was the standard fare you expect from this level of hotel, it seemed better quality, with a real nice and accommodating hostess.

Great service. Hotel a bit dated but everything worked and the room was comfortable. Nice and quiet. Breakfast room is small but quality is good. Will stay again

The check-in was fantastic as always. She is always so pleasent to deal withwheni show up in the late evening for check-in.
