New owners are amazing beautiful caring people! They are doing such an amazing job making updates bit by bit! This place is like home & welcoming with open arms Amazing place for family and kids to play and burn energy and relaxing in front of the fire pit ♥️

Didnt even stay, place is filthy. The office is yellow inside from neglect. There was a screaming intoxicated person having to be contatined in an ambulance rifht out the front door. Staff was absolutly rude and completley unhelpful. Will never ever step foot on the property again

The new owners staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the property needs to be renovated. The price is way too expensive for the property in the condition it is.

Stayed there the end of May. Was quoted one price and when I went to pay the damage deposit, the lady even wrote down the "agreed on price" on the written receipt.  But when I went to check in a couple days later, a guy was working and he upped the price by $250!! I didn't even get the room that I was originally shown and promised. Went to my room...there were holes in the walls, tuffs of animal hair on the bedsheets, stains on the rug, the AC didn't work, hot water didn't work, room smelled of smoke eventhough they are supposed to be non-smoking rooms, way too many things wrong with this place to list!! I was there for 30 minutes and went to the office and he refused to give my money back! I talked to some other people that were staying there and they got ripped off too!!! THEY LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH!!

STAY AWAY!!! These people Do Not go by the innkeepers act and are Filthy Lies. I was told by the owner I could stay for 30 days for $1100. Then I get here. They Booked out my room. Then told me I had to pay another $200 Even though I HAVE IT WRITTEN RECEIPT. They Tried to say it was my Writing. Then instead of a $50 deposit for my cat, They Then daid I had to pay $150 . They said their is a/c Not in the north side. The Garbage is over Filled and Stinks. I Watched them rent out the same room 3 different nights in a row and I didn't see them clean the room. I asked for my Money Back after 3 hours of staying here !! They refused! Found clumps of hair in my bedding. Reaks of Smoke! I talked to other people that live here. And some guests. They all been lied too. It's a common thing to be ripped off here. ANYBODY THAT READS THIS. or Stayed here. Follow up with the Consumer Investigation Unit and phone Alberta Lodging. You may be entitled to compensation. NOTHING WORKS In this Place. DO NOT STAY HERE !! I'll be Following up with the innkeepers act C.I.U O,Hand S, the fire inspector, and the Health Inspector! They are NOT FOLLOWING Any Of these. Oh and I may even Sure them.

Wish i would of read the reviews.... WARNING. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIERS AND YOU Don't GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THE PICTURES AND THE PRICES ARE BS. We were told we would get a very spacious and comfortable room to stay in for 1200 for 30 days.. Lies lies lies. We came down to rent the room not to mention a 250 deposit but we were told it was gonna be 1400 now. We were able to afford that but now we wont be able to actually enjoy the 30 days. So go to to pay and what do you know 1525.... Now we are in a really hard spot.. An EXTRA 325 on top of a 250 deposit.. Very unprofessional place. Well we got a two bed hotel room no stove no space.. Room stinks like its been smoked in for years but they promise this is a non smoking room. Rooms so gross i will not be taking my shoes off.. No pets... I seen 2 dogs come outa this place. No room serves what so ever. Was told no one will be coming up to our room for our stay for 30 days... Not even to wash the towels. We have to find a laundry Matt.. Don't EVER come here for a vacation stay far away. BETTER TO JUST SLEEP IN YOUR CAR OR EVEN DRIVE 30 MINS OUTA TOWN FOR A BETTER STAY and this is only day 1 of 30.....

The owner was super nice but we checked in 3 hrs late because he needs to clean all the rooms as he is the only one working. Overall he feel bad and he was apologetic so that is enough for us. Hope they upgrade the rooms as it is everything is old and outdated. Our room wad super hot aand no a/c that we can control.

Do not stay here. If you are a traveler passing through, spend the extra dollars and go literally anywhere else. From time of check in to a frenzied 1am checkout I was stalked by several of the tenants. This is not the place for you. Please be warned. The telephone also had graffiti on it stating "EAT ME." That should tell you enough.
