no clock in the room when someone turns on the bathroom light it shines into the man sleeping area.

It looks like a new hotel with modern looking. However, in the room we can hear the noise from outside the corridor, next door and above us. The air coonditioning is very noise too.

We went on Thanksgiving day, it was impossible to get any decent food around or at the property. We had to sleep from 6 pm through next day, feeling hungry!

The first room i was offered had an odor and the window shutter would not close. The second room the bathroom constantly smelled as if someone had defecated in there.

Good: manager allowed my son to use the conference room for an online class he was taking, on-site coin laundry, hip lobby area with tables, young clientele, self-serve market area, nice newer bathroom. Elevators quick and always available. Bad: Very dark room, poor lighting. Terrible communication on maid service. Only replaced towels one day, room left a mess. Other day, didn’t replace coffee, cups, water, Kleenex, etc. They only service rooms till 1:00-that’s apparently when the maids leave, inconvenient for sleeping in.

Cannot say enough about this hotel. From the cool decor, super friendly and attentive staff, big rooms, comfy beds, we had a great trip.

Property was at a great location. Staff was very nice. Pool was not heated and parking is not the most convenient. Overall nice place near Destinay USA.

Starting with the positives...the lobby was beautiful and clean, the parking was vast and convenient and the staff was accommodating. Now for the negatives, which overshadow everything else. Our electronic room blinds kept going up and down on their own throughout the night, keeping us up. We could not control them, so during the day we were in complete darkness and at night when they opened on their own, we had street light blaring in. The air conditioner kept pumping out hot air and was so loud that we had to watch tv with the subtitles on. Finally, the awful smell coming from the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor was so bad that we had to keep the door closed all night. Also had to call to have the battery changed for the safe. Like I said, it was rough!

I loved it. I would recommend places to hang towels, face clothes, etc. In the shower, there’s no where to put your own soap or shampoo either.
