ブルー マウンテン リゾート(Blue Mountain Resort)

Familienfreundliches Hotel, sehr sauber, Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Poolbereich sehr groß und dür Kinder toll. Allerdings mussten wir diemal für den Badetuchwechsel bezahlen . Waren das 7. Mal da. Der Spa-Bereich war wie immer super Kommen gern wieder.

Preis-Leistung ist ok. Der Service in den Restaurants unfreundlich. Leider kein Hotel zum Erholen und Ausschlafen, wenn man insbesondere die Häuser E und F Bucht. Ab 6 Uhr früh ist es mit Anlieferungen und laut unterhaltendem Personal die Nacht zu Ende.

We recently stayed at Blue Mountain Resort in Szklarska Poręba and were thoroughly impressed. Nestled in beautiful scenery, this resort offers comfort, excellent amenities, and top-notch service. Our room was cozy with stunning views, blending modern conveniences with a touch of local charm. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the spa provided a perfect relaxation spot. Our family stayed in apartament deluxe. It was spacious and clean but very basic. We did not understand why the closet was situated in the kitchen. There was no closet in the bedroom. We did not cook so I am not sure how well the kitchen is equipped. The hotel is very nice, there are two restaurants open during the weekend. The Blue restaurant was OK but the Green restaurant was very small and crowded which made us uncomfortable. The food was good. We were not happy with the animation program.

Excellent hotel. A lot of activities for kids and family! The prices went up a bit. Unfortunately the internet is very poor due to a fallen down radio mast. The food is very nice and quality is good throughout the stay of one week. The area is very interesting and close to the national park trails

Overall a nice experience. Very kids oriented. Especially during vacation period. Food and breakfast is very nice. The area is also close to the national park which makes it nice to have a nice walk in the forest. This was our third time and the experience is constant

Very good standard, location and perfect service. I would add more style to the room design, maybe some pictures with mountain view and so on. Lot of things to do with family, game room, swimming pool, ping pong ect. It was great time with family.

Nice stay for families. Great heated pools and fun for the kids (trampoline, slides, jumping tower, Paw petrol, face painting, hame room and more). Sometimes it feels overcrowded (check-in, dining room, pool). Overall a hreat place to visit for families.

We chose this hotel for a girls weekend out in the mountains to do some hiking, spa and nice time in Szklarska. The room was like a suite with a kitchenette, we cooked our own food and we ate outside. Room was spacious enough for 4 ppl, nice bathroom, again, big enought for all of us to have a room for our things and to hand the towels and wet swimsuits. Balcony also had a hanger for this that you could bring inside. Nice outside pool view,I imagine it must be lould in the summer but we came in March so it was not being used. Hotel is situated nicely, close to main tracks and close to mountains, however further away from the city center and railway station. Its a point as we came with backpacs by train. Reception - very helpful Faciliteis - we only used play room with table tennis and some other games avaliable, also colouring station for kiddos. There was also a dicoteque! Super fun with the DJ and placed so that it was not heard in the other parts of the hotel. Elevators are well marked, one will not get lost Pool and SPA area is also clearly marked SPA area - awesome! few types of saunas, jacuzzies and pools. Everyone could find something for themselves to relax and keep warm. Pool - has few jacuzzies in, they are warmer to those downsairs in Saunas. Pools has few lifeguards present, sunbeds, towels, closed lockers, showers, slides, kiddy pool etc etc. Super fun and really good standard. Overall it was superfun stay, even outside of season.
