The service is amazing. Everyone in the hotel is helpful and patient. The food is fine but the price is reasonable. I like the buffet dinner Kebab very much! The room is clean and the view is amazing. I got a free upgrade to sea view room. I was a bit scared when I arrived Egypt for the first day but this hotel truly made my day.

Everything was ok The staff of the reception was very good and overall good I will come back and recommend the hotel to everyone The food was good especially breakfast,room cleanliness,pool was clean , staff very friendly, The hotel is closing from the border and the beach is good

We had a great time on our vacation at your hotel, from the moment we received the rooms until the last day of the vacation. The hotel staff in every corner made sure that we had the best possible, high level service, the food at all meals is delicious and with a wide variety, everything is fresh and smells good, even in the swimming pool the bar staff gave Amazing service and excellent attitude, and the entertainment team day and night made sure to make you happy and create a fun atmosphere. I would like to mention the names of a few staff members who were literally there at every moment to make a vacation a dream. A girl named Hadil at reception, Bassem from the bar in the lobby, Bilal and sameh from the swimming pool, Ayman from the dining room and Chef Momtaz and Khaled Food and Beverage Manager Entertainment Team kori tiko Boodi and Marwa

We were treated as such valued guests & had a wonderful experience for the week we spent there! The staff in whatever job in the hotel couldn’t be more attentive & helpful The restaurants & pool/ beach were all great & kept to a high standard of hygiene & variety of meals. Breakfast was plentiful & varied in the main buffet restaurant. We particularly liked the seashells & chopsticks Asian restaurants but were disappointed we missed the Sheherezade restaurant as it was only open on Friday & Saturday ... next time! ❤️ the beach bar was lovely & I recommend the Sakura beer! Perfect! I hope we can return here for another holiday in the future, As nothing is too much trouble; wonderful staff throughout the hotel! On checkout we had trouble finding out our pick up time & reception rang the transfer firm to make sure our taxi had been ordered; they had to try several numbers but soon had it sorted for us! Great base for exploring - We visited Petra on Saturday which was a wonderful trip arranged by a local tour operator in resort. (It was EIRayhan but not on Tripadvisor) all in all a fantastic week & worth the long trek fro Sharm el Sheik airport. What a shame than no airline flies directly to Taba - we would come back!
