I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one! I booked it on the same day without doing my usual research, so I had no idea what to expect. Thankfully, it exceeded all my expectations.
The staff were warm, friendly, and professional from check-in until check-out. The lobby was spotless with a relaxing eco-inspired vibe, and our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable.
The coffee shop downstairs was one of my favorite parts—the coffee was excellent, and the staff were so friendly. We also tried Lavaly Restaurant. The food was delicious and tasted authentic, though it was a little pricey, and there were quite a few flies.
I was also pleasantly surprised that the hotel has a free gym for guests! The location is very convenient too—Starbucks is just across the street, and there’s free parking.
My only suggestions would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs and improve the Wi-Fi speed. Other than that, everything was fantastic.
We stayed for two nights, and it was such a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. 10/10!
