The location is strategic since it is near the tourist destinations in Tagaytay. The only problem that we encountered was the water supply. It seems that the water (for toilet and bath) is on shortage. Would appreciate more when this issue is solved soonest to provide convenience to the future tenants.

We had our overnight stay yesterday. We're happy about the price and the room we stayed, complete toiletries. The Room is clean. There are just things to be improved. 1. Bath towels - doesn't smell newly washed 2. bulb lights - its best if it's a higher watts 3. Noise - guests must be advised to lower their noise as other guests are already sleeping at 2am. Hotel is nice room is up to standard and the place ambience is great. It is near tagaytay tourist area so you can just walk it or ride a tycicle. The only thing i disliked is the airconditioning unit as it does not have enough power to co the room. Since the weather in tagaytay is cool, the aircon issue was not that much an issue.
