Terrible Experience - Completely Misleading and Unprofessional
Our experience at JT Tagaytay Suites was nothing short of a nightmare. This property should not even be listed on this platform.
From the start, there was zero communication. None of the contact numbers worked, and all attempts to reach the caretaker or owner through the Trip app were ignored. When we arrived, we weren’t even assigned a unit beforehand. It felt like we were judged based on our payment, and were then handed a completely different unit than what was advertised.
The conditions were unacceptable:
The bathroom was filthy, with dirt and mold in plain sight.
The toilet barely functioned, and there was no hot water.
Wi-Fi was non-existent — the modem was nothing but a prop.
TV remotes barely worked; no standard channels were available.
The provided hot plate was broken.
The sleeping situation was appalling. The extra bed promised for our daughter was nothing more than a foldable table without any sheets, pillows, or usable space. The main bed offered one thin blanket for my husband, daughter, and myself to share.
Parking was also misrepresented, with the unit located much farther from the parking area than described.
This stay was completely unacceptable due to gross mismanagement, false advertising, and total disregard for basic hospitality. JT Tagaytay Suites completely ruined our trip, and I strongly warn others to avoid this property at all costs.
