ホステルは少し古めかしいですが、設備は充実しています。翌朝にジェネラル漁港に行く予定だったので、前日にここに泊まりました。とても良い宿でした。

今まで泊まった中で最悪のホテルです。Trip.comのリストからこのホテルを削除してください。大きなタオルはなく、毛布と枕カバーも交換されず、ひどく臭いです。ドアは施錠されておらず、雑然としていてタバコの臭いもしました。

写真も誤解を招くものです。旅行。は国際的な企業であり、消費者の品質管理に責任を負うべきですが、これは全く当てはまりません。今まで宿泊したホテルの中で一番汚くて、不潔で、寝苦しいホテルでした。蚊がいて、タオルはぼろ布みたいで、シーツはカビが生えて穴があいていて交換されておらず、カーテンは何年も洗濯されていないし、スイッチ類はとても汚く、浴室の換気扇は壊れていて、シャワーを浴びると部屋全体が湿気で満たされ、夜7時以降はドアが閉まり、壁は汚れていて、部屋には**の強い臭いが充満しています。旅行。実際にこれをお勧めします。飛行機が着陸して税関を通過するときにチェックアウトの時間が過ぎていたので、Tripに尋ねました。全く確認せず消費者を騙したので部屋代を返金してください。

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. I strongly believe booking platforms should physically inspect and verify the hotels they list. Properties like this should not be available for booking without proper quality checks. After checking in, we faced multiple serious issues: 1. The first room had a strong cigarette smell, as if someone had just smoked. It also smelled like alcohol. The room light was not working. Without proper explanation, the caretaker moved us to another room. 2. The second room was not any better. The bedsheets were clearly unclean and had multiple cigarette burn marks all over them. The sheets looked dirtier than household cleaning rags. I was traveling with my wife for a one-night stay, and this was extremely disappointing. 3. There were no proper bath towels provided. I don’t understand how a hotel can operate without basic essentials for guests to shower and dry themselves. 4. Everything felt unclean, and the cigarette smell was unbearable throughout the night. We could not sleep properly. 5. The toilet was extremely dirty. When flushing, waste water came back up from inside, which was shocking and unacceptable. 6. There was no WiFi available, despite it being expected. After traveling and expecting a peaceful night’s rest, this experience was stressful and disturbing. I am requesting a refund for this stay. I am not saying all hotels are bad, but at the very least, the owner must maintain basic cleanliness, hygiene, and accountability. Photos are attached for reference.
