We stay in a family room which has a double bed and two single beds. The room is a bit old style and the air conditioning could not be adjusted the temperature. Too cold for us until we switched off in the early morning. Anyway the staffs were very helpful and friendly, our room hair dryer was not functioning and the staff gave us another one. The buffet breakfast was good and delicious, especially the salad. Another surprise is there was an art exhibition in the lobby, quite nice.

Good for a short stay and enjoy taiping during durian season

The space is ages But it's location is ideal in town Good service, food and cleanliness is up to standard Yet can hear the sound when people pass by the corridor/ swim in the pool But I'm okay with that due to the price is within my budget

Had to wait for 1.5 hours for fixing aircon, pipe & wash basin. No hand shower pipe. Limited parking space.

Stay at Level 7, Staff s nice, room is clean, just saw some old parts such as TV remote control, chair show crack line, (Suggest to change), Air conditioning is super powerful, Breakfast not much option but is nice.

All is fine. Comfortable. We add one night more at your place. Will repeat next time.

Satisfied and enjoyed

For facilities need to improve. This will affect for hotel appearance. Furniture need to be improve.

The room was okay but not that spacious. Free parking. There's an indoor swimming pool but I was disappointed with it. It's before 6pm when we want to go to the pool but it's a bit dark as previously it was raining. The hotel didn't switch on the light so my nephew was scared. Breakfast was okay.

This could be the worst booking i had. Hotel was poor maintained. Floor was dusty, water tap slowly dripping, Aircon not cold. The charges was 4 star, but hotel deserves 2 star only. For family and leisure travellers, pls go for others choices, if you don't wanna spoil your mood.

Clean and quiet place. It is good to stay for family trip. Nice location for one day trip to Taiping lake.
