Beautiful place, garden. Large pool, large room. Acceptable breakfast. Of the minuses, it would be very beautiful if the facades of the buildings were painted, they would look fresh.

Haben für 5 Nächte gebucht - sind nach 2 Nächten ausgezogen und haben uns was anderes gesucht. Es ging in diesem riesigen Zimmer nur eine Lampe - Klimaanlage sehr sehr laut. Vor 30 Jahren war es bestimmt richtig schön dort. Morgens um 5 Uhr erst ein Hahn hinterm Haus, danach musste sich ein anderer vor dem Haus melden

緑豊かな環境の中にある美しいプール付きのホテル。主要道路からは離れていますが、ビーチからは少なくとも 800 m の距離にあります。あまり温かい歓迎ではなく、説明もありませんでした。昔はとても美しい場所だったに違いないが、すべてが荒廃し、みすぼらしくなっていることがわかります。最も衝撃的なのは、サイトやインターネットできれいに装飾された部屋の写真を見てから、現実を目の当たりにすることです。装飾はもうなく、すべてが味気なく冷たく、家具は老朽化していますが、比較的きれいです。バスルームはアマチュアフットボールのロッカールームを思い出させます。 Wi-Fiが非常に弱いです。午後 5 時以降はサービスが提供されず、ホテルには文字通りスタッフがいません。カーテンが全く遮光されておらず、数羽の雄鶏と雌鶏がプールの通路の間を動き回っているため、日の出後は眠ることができません。

Our family stayed here for little over a week and we booked on the fly. While the place was ok, had a good location and friendly staff, everything was always very average. I don't want to write a bad review since this resort is not bad per say. It's favored by German elderly tourists and so it's quiet and calm. Breakfast was always the same - not bad, but average. It did the job but I didn't look forward to it. Room was clean but desperately needs an update. I guess for the price it's ok but I believe Thailand could offer better for the price. Pool and general areas were clean but here and there were things that could use some maintenance. I'm guessing the sharp and coarse gravel used around the pool area is a thing in Thailand resorts but it's not nice to walk on barefoot allthough it makes slipping impossible. From the hotel you need to take a taxi to the night market and to the better beaches but that was not an issue for us. The closest beach area is at a walking distance but it's heavily taken over by resorts. Restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bars and services are all very close on the main street. While the busy main street is close by, the noise does not carry over to the hotel so it's quite peaceful. Staff was very sweet, helpful and always smiling.

The location was good and that's about all. The rooms were smelly and damp so all clothes smelt. No sunshine on the room to dry anything so towels always wet. Shower had painted walls which was flaking and damp. Worms in shower and lizards in the room. Staff helpful and friendly. Pool had black tiles so water looked disgusting and not inviting. No handrail to enter pool. Visited the beach every day. Pictures from website 6 years out of date. The hotel needs a lot of money spending on it to bring it up to any standard. Would not recommend.

Just having our last day of an amazing week at Khao Lak Palm Hill. From the moment we arrived it has been first class. Our room is simply beautiful. The place itself is spotlessly clean and the staff are just the loveliest people. It was our wedding anniversary 4 days ago and the owner bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Nothing is too much trouble here. We are currently travelling around Thailand and this week has just been so so wonderful. We will be back next year without a doubt.

A Little Gem! Tucked away behind Moo 4, The Khao Lak Palm Hill Resort is a hidden gem. Don’t expect beachfront chain hotel luxury but do expect rustic charm and a warm, friendly welcome. Far enough away from the main road to be peaceful and tranquil but close enough to access everything that the area has to offer by way of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The hotel has 49 large rooms, all surrounding a lovely pool and with the forest as a backdrop. There wasn’t one day that we didn’t get a sunbed and we didn’t have to set our alarms to get our towels on early. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient for our needs but, the main asset of this lovely resort are the wonderful staff. Everybody is helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much problem. The owner and her family live on site and couldn’t have been more helpful with any queries or issues (we had no issue but did have a couple of queries which were dealt with instantly). Nang Thing Beach is a 10-15 minute walk and these is a 7/11 3 minutes walk away. Bang Niang Night Market and The Tsunami Memorial are a 200THB taxi ride and there are enough bars and restaurants in the locale to occupy every taste. We will definitely be booking here the next time we visit Khao Lak (which will hopefully be soon)
