A friend booked us there for a reunion along with 3 other couples. When we arrived to the room and tried to connect to internet, it would not allow us alternating from there was no site to connect to, to the infamous spinning symbol while trying to connect. The light next to bed did not work. Lastly there were 2 small pillows on a double bed for 2 people. Pillows were flat with no support. Checked closet and no extra pillows. As we were going to meet others, we stopped at the Reception desk and told her about our issues. Said she would call maintenance to re boot the router. When we asked how he was going to reboot if he was not working, she said he could do it from home. The bulb on light could not be changed as no one from maintanance was working. And the pillows would be held for us at the desk for our return. When we returned with the other 2 couples, they also asked for more pillows and were told they had no more we took the last 2!!!!!!!! Once up in our room the internet still did not work and had the exact same issue as when we left 5 hours earlier.

We stayed for a wedding in Talavera. The hotel is very well located next to a shopping centre, breakfast is a bit poor and the coffee tastes quite bad. The bed is comfortable but the bathroom a bit outdated. Overall is a good balance for the price and the location.

Dated hotel needing a makeover. No bottled water or coffee making. Who used trouser presses these days? An iron and board would be more useful. The room is large but basic and suppose ok for one or two nights but how is this 4 star? Also double bed was two singles joined together.

Very dark everything, parking entrance is not easy to find stuff to as not friendly

The hotel is situated right near the bus station and in the city center. Rooms are clean and spacious but that's it. There are no coffee facilites, the fridge barely keeps a bottle of water cold, the bath towels are more like hand towels and please, please do not waste your money on their breakfast and room option. OMG! Coffee (of any type) was terrible, bread and pastries were stale and the bacon was barely cooked. Do not think the cafeteria outside is any better because it isn't. Do yourself a favour and walk past the lottery outlet like 10 meters outside the door and enjoy a gorgeous coffee with a free pastry.

Very clean and friendly, the staff very helpful. the rooms large and clean great bathroom. the bar food was very good and good value. the holtel all areas were very clean and tidy. the tv could have been updated would be my only complaint, a little small for the room

There was parking in the building, but I couldn't use.

my total stay at your hotel was 1 for 28 days and future one of 10 days you can do better to accomodate people that come to Talavera for work. Being that you consider your Hotel a 4 star. thank you D. Provenzano
