Casa Bella Inn & Suites Extended Stay（カサベライン＆スイーツエクステンデッドステイ）

ホテルは禁煙のはずでしたが、そうではありません。私たちの部屋はタバコの灰皿のようなにおいがしました。部屋はきれいではなかった、床を拭く必要があった。寝具は清潔で、ベッドはよくできていました。私たちは無料の朝食をとることになっていたが、何もなかったし、経営陣はそれ以上の食べ物を持ち出すことを拒否した。日曜日の朝は午前9時でした。 1泊20ドルの追加料金を支払い、別の場所に行ってください。

場所は素晴らしかった..私が交流した従業員は並外れたものでした！マシューナイトデスクの店員は丁寧でフレンドリーで親切でした…働く若い女性モーニングデスクも丁寧でフレンドリーでした…笑顔で親切な従業員はカスタマーサービスのすべてです..部屋は清潔で、必需品が揃っていました..電化製品さえ見えました真新しい。私の環境で安全を感じて一人で旅行する女性として、私にとって多くのことを意味し、駐車場はここで明るく照らされていました..間違いなくここに再び滞在するでしょう..

Helpful staff, cold air, tile floor is slippery ! Comfortable and spacious room

I was in need for a place to stay and called baymont and they accepted me and my family on spot and I love it here I love Craig and Johnathan they are always there to help me and always ask.us if we need anything and always giving kids cookies and treats if u wants a nice motel come here I promise you it.is the best i.have seen in a while .....you won't regret this decision at all thanks alot Brittany Betanco Zepeda wrote this

Service was great. Really friendly staff. Very accommodating. Breakfast was okay, they say they offer a great breakfast but when I stayed they didn't. Rooms were very clean. Location is great and not alot of noise.

For what we paid, it was completely worth it, the staff were extremely friendly and very sweet. It was a convenient location and the property was maintained. Our individual room was safe, and the towels were very soft and fluffy. I would definitely stay there again, when looking for an affordable Weekend getaway

I paid for two rooms but reservation was made for one room. The mattress is dirty and hard. The shower tub doesn’t drain

This hotel do not tell u in advance that they require a security deposit at check in, u have to request wash towels, no hair dryer in room or coffee pot….

Key didn’t work so went back to office and 2nd key didn’t work so I asked for a different room and it was disgusting, visibly filthy floor and dust everywhere. Could see footprints on the tile floor. Also the smoke detector was beeping. Went back to front office and asked for another room this one was filthy too. The smoke detector wasn’t beeping because someone took it off the wall. Even had visible dried dirt, sticks and pine needles on the bathroom countertop and night stand was gross too. At this point an hour had gone by since we checked in and we just excepted another room change would not improve the conditions. I highly recommend never staying here especially if you have kids, it was just my husband and I. I seriously want a refund, I have seen nicer conditions in a campground shower house than the conditions of the rooms we saw. The ice machine and vending machine were not in operation. The elevator entrance was very dark at night. The one positive was they had an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor.
