So the thing to make sure before you check-in is to have your confirmation email. The entrance key code to the apartment building and your room is in the email. There’s no reception at front desk and there’s no elevators. So if you’re carrying heavy luggage, good luck climbing up and down. Location is perfect. Room is great. Will book it next time when I’m traveling light.

Big room and very new! Thanks so much for the greeting card and energy bar. However, there was a foul stench coming from the sewers. The road is being built nearby, and taxis cannot drive in. Also, the staff failed to recognize my ******* VIP status so no welcome drinks were provided.

The space is great. Check in is super easy. There are laundry room e luggage storage available. The studio is very clean, cute and comfortable. They offer a lot of nice things! The location is also great, very close to all touristic attractions.

A good night sleep after a busy day sightseeing. We would recommend the Old Town tour (two hours), but the Tallinn during the Sovjet Era tour is very much recommended as well. In the morning a perfect coffee from the machine after a brisk walk to the nearby supermarkt or bakery for some fresh rolls.

The apartment has a great central location to local malls, restaurants & tourist attractions. Old Tallinn being my highlight :) Great amenities on site. Very clean, very tidy, couldn't be happier. Nice kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, nice sized fridge/freezer (with ice tray to go). A real focus on cleanliness in the bathroom too. And very modern details. Very happy to recommend, thx :)

We stayed 2 wonderful nights in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment with special touch, comfortable beds and great location. The customer service is on top of it with very quick response time. I look forward to stay here again.

Lovely basement flat. The Bob W brand go the extra mile to ensure all needs are catered for, and can easily be contacted. The surrounding area is undergoing major transport improvements resulting in an inability to drive to the property. We had to park in the nearby shopping centre. The sat nav had problems as so many surrounding roads were.closed.

Affordable price with higher and better quality and facilities. A very good location with easy access to nearby spots and transport system.

Bob W has done it again. One of the most comfortable stays of my life. The apartment had everything I personally needed: coffee machine & good coffee, toiletries, heavenly mattress, wifi, comfortable sofa and chairs. My apartment had a spacious bathroom as well. Neighbourhood has everything nearby: shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants and lovely cafes. The Old Town is just a 10 min walk. Bob W Ambassador is definitely the place you want to visit at least once and I will be back for sure.
