stayed at this hotel this past weekend, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. From the outside, the hotel looks upscale, but that impression quickly changed once I walked in. The front desk agent was not welcoming, which made for a disappointing first impression.
Finding the parking garage was confusing, and you'll also need to be prepared to pay a $20 daily parking fee. Another disappointment was learning that the pool has been closed for over a year. Breakfast is not complimentary either, so that's an additional expense.
The rooms are very small, and if you book a room with "double beds," be aware that they are actually full-size beds, not queen beds. The room itself felt outdated, with noticeable wear and damage throughout.
For the price, I would much rather stay at the Holiday Inn Express down the street. I wish I had done my usual research before booking, but this was a last-minute trip.
