衛生面や環境は良いのですが、電気ケトルがないのでお湯が出しにくいです。改善を期待します。

全体的に、部屋のバスルームは壊れていて、ホテルは2回のチェックイン時に部屋の鍵を知らない人に渡しており、滞在中に誰かがホテルの建物から飛び降りたこともありました。

水上タクシーのチケットも提供されており、とても便利です。

バスルームのタオルは古くて薄いですが、まだ使えています。また、朝食料金は1人あたり29ドルですが、2人で1回の朝食を食べると2人分で100ドル以上引かれることになりますが、これは間違いでしょうか？チェックアウトの際、フロントデスクが率先して領収書を発行してくれませんでした。車の引き取り時に領収書が必要だったので再発行してもらいました。

施設と立地は一流です。バレーパーキングは少し改善が必要です。

この街に到着して最初に立ち寄ったのは、空港の中心にあるホテルです。このホテルを紹介する街のプロモーションビデオを見ました。カラフルで刺激的です。空港は小さくてかわいくて、デザインがセンスがあって美しいです。空港直結で便利なホテルです。ロビーはシンプル。私たちが当初プレーする予定だったテニスコートはなく、スイミングプールは修復中で、ウォーターパークは柵で囲まれています。部屋は時代を感じさせます。値段の高い朝食、写真のビュッフェではなく、超シンプルなテイクアウト朝食。水は提供されていません。写真や情報は参考用です。ホテルの超高額は本当に高すぎます。

I had an amazing stay at JW Marriott Tampa Water Street. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt upscale but still welcoming. The lobby is beautifully designed and gives you that “luxury vacation” feeling right away. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the floor-to-ceiling windows gave an incredible view of downtown Tampa and the water. Everything was well thought out, from the lighting to the bathroom setup. One of the best parts is the location. Being right in the Water Street Tampa district means you’re steps away from great restaurants, bars, and the Riverwalk. It made the whole trip feel easy and fun without needing to drive everywhere. The pool area was another highlight—relaxing, clean, and perfect for unwinding. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional, always willing to help.Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. If you’re visiting Tampa and want something modern, convenient, and a little luxurious, this is definitely the place to stay. I would 100% come back.

We love everything about the hotel and stay, EXCEPT that we were told the pool would be available, and once we arrived, we were told that it is under renovation and that we would have to go to the adjoining hotel to go swimming if we'd like. We never went to the other pool. :(
