Budget stay, hence the hotel condition

This is a kind of hotel to spent only the night. Not for family. If you’re a driver or driving for work and need a stop to rest, affordable… this is the place. Cleanliness it’s no their thing so if you are obsessed for clean GET OUT. People of front desk and housekeepers are friendly.

Yup it was good

we had to change room because of the terrible smell of cigarettes, in the second room the remote control didn't work, I have to go to the office 3 times to change the remote control none of them work properly, people talking un the hallway lite at night

The online website had this hotel listed as a Park ,Stay and Ride. I assumed the price included the ride to the hotel but it did not. We ended up switching rooms because our first room was not cleaned properly.

Disappointing Stay with Unpleasant Discoveries I left the hotel today, and it was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences I've had. Although the location is decent and the front desk lady was exceptionally nice and helpful (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name), the overall condition of the hotel was miserable. The room was in deplorable condition, with both beds being dirty beneath the blankets. The cleanliness issue extended to the floor and bathroom, where I even found bugs. Shockingly, the clothes hanger, situated above the trash can next to the sink, had bugs as well. Adding to the list of unpleasant discoveries, the soap provided in the bathroom was the hotel's brand. I have video evidence showing that when I opened it, there was a wood-like substance inside the soap, which was highly disturbing. To add to the dismay, the morning cleaning crew was incredibly loud, starting as early as 8 am. Despite explaining that I was in the middle of a meeting and couldn't hear anything, communication was challenging due to language barriers. Their response was that the "owner of the hotel" was visiting soon, requiring an extensive and disruptive cleaning operation. My room, conveniently located opposite the laundry room, witnessed an unbelievable amount of bed sheets on the floor, both inside and outside the room. Each member of the cleaning crew was excessively loud, making it an unpleasant and chaotic environment.

Staff was friendly but the room was dirty and in disrepair, outlet covers were gone and not working, heater didn’t work there was dirt and hair in the bathroom and tub, corroded shower head and tub nozzle, dirt on the floors hair on the beds ( thankfully we always bring our own blankets)

Pond is wonderful but needs to be cleaned out. Lots of trash. Enjoyed watching the beautiful birds. Very relaxing
