ホテルの部屋は、特にトイレが広く、とても快適でした。 チェックイン機とチェックアウトのセルフサービスキオスクは最新式で、とても便利でした。 受付の女性もとても親切で丁寧でした。 残念ながら、部屋に入るとタバコの臭いがひどく、トイレからは尿の臭いがしました。

立地は最高でした。受付の女性はとても親切で助かりました。部屋に入ると、タバコの臭いが強烈でした。床は湿っていて、水滴の跡が残っていて、滑りやすかったです。壁にはクモの巣もありました。部屋はかなり広く、キングサイズのベッドが2台ありました。幸いにも1泊だけでしたが、部屋の清潔さは私にとっては問題でした。

禁煙ルームは清潔で整頓されており、エアコンも効いています。タオル、シーツ、枕カバーはきちんと用意されています。ただし、ティッシュは用意されていません。無料駐車場があり、レストラン（ドミノ・ピザ、ママック、マレー風朝食の屋台）も近くにあります。

とてもひどい。汚くて、ベッドも寝心地が悪かった。1泊だけなら我慢できる程度。

チェックインからチェックアウトまでテレビが映りませんでした。2回目の宿泊ですが、今回は悪い評価をせざるを得ません。

ホテルのデザインが少し古めかしいので、降りるのが怖かったです。でも、有名なホテルに比べれば大丈夫でした。人もたくさんいます。

トイレのデザインはファミリールームには不向きで、ガラスは曇りガラスのみで、トイレのドアは頻繁に固着します。天井には蜘蛛の巣が大量に張り巡らされ、床には埃が積もり、ベッドは沈み込んでいて眠れませんでした。シーツには穴が開いていて、おそらく何十年も交換されていないのでしょう。 初めて宿泊したホテルの受付エリアにはエアコンがなく、暑すぎました……

セルフチェックインシステムを採用しており、深夜に到着したので便利でした。部屋はとても広くて清潔でした。大家族でも利用でき、お手頃価格で泊まれます。

マラッカの町まで車で1時間もかかるのが面倒なら、この場所にあまり期待しないでください。できれば避けたいです。

立地は良いが、清潔さは少し改善が必要

I have stayed at this hotel for over 12 years, but after this experience, I will never return. The maintenance standards have seriously declined, and this was by far my worst stay. Room 210 had a loud humming pipe noise that lasted nearly two minutes and repeated every 30 seconds throughout the entire night. It was impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, there was no staff at the counter after midnight. Guests are simply left on their own until morning. That is completely unacceptable. When I requested a room change the next day, the staff initially refused, claiming there were no rooms available and no refund possible. Only after repeated arguments did they suddenly “find” another room. The replacement room was not properly cleaned — the toilet smelled bad. Then we discovered the water heater was faulty. After maintenance “fixed” it, there was an exposed cable and a plug secured with only one screw inside the bathroom. That is a serious safety hazard. After 20 minutes of use, there was a burning rubber smell coming from the heater. We genuinely felt unsafe. Poor maintenance, poor safety standards, and poor service. This hotel clearly does not prioritize guest safety. I will not risk staying here again.

Booked 2 rooms for CNY, rain water is leaking from roof, inside the hotel room and at the walkway. The other room is flooded in toilet. The shelter at the entrance of hotel is fully parked with cars, not sure if they are staffs vehicles. We unable to pick up and drop off using that shelter as it was super heavy rain when CNY. Will not come back again, very very very bad.

Stay here for 5D4N in February 2026 1) the room smells 2) there are hairs and stains on the bedsheet upon check in 3) there are no free parking in this hotel 4) throughout the 5 days, no housekeeping. Towel was left on an ironing board along the corridor on day 2 only. I am not sure if they are for me room, or whether they are clean. Will have to look for other hotel in future

This hotel is under renovation right now (Dec 25) but it's still okay to stay there. Overall, the cleanliness of this hotel is good. This hotel doesn't have a cafe but you can find many restaurants near the hotel. They also provide a self-service kiosk to check in and check out with simple instructions. 👍
