3月末に行きましたが、ホテルはモロッコのタンジール郊外の山間部にあり、比較的景色が良かったです。しかし、ラマダン中のため宿泊客は少なく、プールはメンテナンス中です。ビュッフェの料金は 1 人あたり 50 ドルと比較的安く、食べ物の量も少なく、おかわりもありません。接客スタッフは基本的に英語が通じず、コミュニケーションは比較的困難です。朝食に200mlのオレンジジュースを2杯注文して12ドル請求しましたが、もちろん、部屋の設備は5つ星の基準に達していました。ホテルを出た後、250ドルという不可解な金額を過大請求されていたことに気付き、銀行に返金を申請しました。全体的なサービスレベルは 2 ～ 3 つ星レベルにとどまります。価格/性能比が低すぎるため、お勧めしません。

The perfect location in Tangier. The staff will treat you like princes and princesses. Everything was just perfect. The room was spacious. I slept so well during these 3 nights. Loved it. A massive thanks to Othman, the reception Manager and his team. Highly highly recommended

Geweldig verblijf in Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier Prachtig hotel met luxe kamers, uitstekende service en heerlijke faciliteiten. Het personeel was vriendelijk en attent, en de rustige locatie bood een prachtig uitzicht over Tanger. Absoluut een aanrader!

Très belle hôtel sur les hauteurs de Tanger … le personnel est au petit soin et le service est à la hauteur d’un 5 étoile … le petit déjeuner fait partit des meilleurs..

酒店房間還行，衞生間洗澡的地方窗簾拉不下來。要轉換插頭卻沒有。

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. The restaurant Parisa was just great. Excellent food and lovely staff. Aye gave us a great recommendation. We had the signature plate, lamb shoulder with tomato sauce. Divine!!! For sure we are going to come back.

One of the best customer services I have experienced in Morocco. They seem to all compete, from doormen, receptionists, restaurant waiters,…to provide the customer the best experience. Very refreshing to find out such genuine customer service, which is certainly reflective of the quality of the management of the hotel. I recommend any day and I look forward to our next visit.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the food was fantastic, and the staff provided top-notch service. A special shoutout to the reception the Spa Mrs, Doha for her exceptional hospitality and by adding such a thoughtful touch by informing the therapist about my husband’s birthday it made the entire experience even more special and memorable. Because the hotel is high up on the hilltop, we don’t want to border to go out and went to the hotel restaurant. Service from Majda & Hajjaji were amazing and thanks for their recommendations of fish and truffle pizza. We have a good time with the service and ambience.

Very spacious rooms, good kids club activities for kids, very nice location, hospitable and warm staff . We stayed in December and our entire family of 9 ppl all demands were catered too carefully. Very good service . They have a lovely spa , good location , their room size is huge lovely balcony especially in the summers
