Hotel Sentral Seaview @ ​Beachfront

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The only positive thing I can say is that the location and view were nice. Everything else was terrible. The hotel looked nothing like the photos on their website. It was old and dirty, with broken furniture and appliances. The safe made a loud noise without touching it, and there were ants crawling all over the room. The receptionist was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. She did not smile or greet me properly. She seemed annoyed by my presence. The worst part was the bed. It was so uncomfortable that I could feel the metal springs digging into my back. I barely slept at all. When I complained and asked for another room, they said they only had one with two single beds available, and that it would not be any better than the one I had. This hotel is a rip-off and a scam. They should be ashamed of themselves for lying to their customers and providing such poor service and quality. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Enjoy the photos 🥴🥺

This is my first time staying in this hotel and our family trip falls on the year end in conjuction with the school holidays. Hotel looks old and date as compared with Thompon Hotel beside it. 1) Check in - arrived around 2 pm and was told by receiptionist that our room was not ready due to the hotel is receiving more guest than usual. We waited patiently at the hotel lobby with a number of other guest. After about 30 mins, i was given a call and with a heave of relief, proceed to go to our respective rooms. 2) Room Cleanliness - floor was oily and there were hairs lying on the bed near the pillow. Same goes with the other family room. Calls were made to front desk, however nobody came to our room to see or attend to us. My wife had to call a foreign housekeeping staff and request to clean up the rooms, change the bedsheet and pillow case. Toilet floors were equally moldy possibly due to lack of scrubbing over the years! 3) Poolside - no towels were provided for guests and we had to take the towels from our own rooms. 4) Access to beach - the hotel staircase was broken and we had to use the public one located just beside the hotel. 5) Beach - area was quite clean and we enjoyed the scenery. 6) Outside food - there was a food court within walking distance, lots of good chinese food around. 7) Buffet breakfast - limited varities of food available, however quality of food is fair. 8) Carpark - inadequate parking available as there is only 1 basement level. Cars can be seen parked at the ramp or anywhere that doesn't block other people. Concluding remarks, will not come again due to the poor room cleanliness and service.

Place is great. Just a few steps away from Tanjung Bungah beach front. They have their own gated access to the beach. Pool is of average size. Room is okay though a bit dark/lacks lighting. Clean sheets and towels. 2 small Lift but working good. Water dispenser for hot and cold at each floor so you wont have to worry of buying drinking water during your stay. Walking distance from Tesco/Lotus. At the front of the hotel is a non-halal, AWESOME eatery which have loads id delicious food choices (local/western/bakes/seafood/burgers/etc) this was the highlight of our stay as we were able to indulge our food cravings. The price was a bit high when we book, more than twice of their regular rate. Book early so you’d get a good deal. Breakfast buffet was a let down considering the price paid. Better skip it and eat elsewhere.

Everything okay, the room was so nice but at fisrt i prefer a queen bed then he said its already finish n he give me a single bed. So, i think u can book n mention it strictly by using trip.com apps while booking the hotel first, u can mention at the description. Overall okay, Thank you.

The view from the hotel is very beautiful, especially side beach. Room cleanliness is satisfactory. The check in time and service staff is also good. Please ask the hotel management or maintenance to fix the stairs to go down to the beach. We had to walk a long way to next hotel and use their stairs.. Breakfast is also not variety options but worth the price of the accommodation.

Decent location but limited parking. There are a lot of ants in the room and hairs on the bed and pillow upon check in. Request to change room but reception make us troublesome, asked us to check out the next day 12pm and check in again after 2pm since we booked for 2 nights stay. The breakfast just so so, staff not wearing mask, dining place very hot like no aircond and request to on the fan but the staff said they don't know where is the suis 🙄 Hope the hotel's management will take serious improvements.

Reached at 2.10pm, waited till 2.50pm to get the room (1007). No toilet paper in the washroom. The balcony doors are not able to lock. Sofa's leather torn. Bedsheet got stain. Pillow case was dirty. Parking space limited but still ok coz managed to find 1.
