1. Check-in/Check-out: 5/5 Fast and friendly. 2. Rooms (cleanliness, amenities, technology, etc.): 3/5 While the beds and restroom are clean and tidy, there are a few comments here. Shower was draining very slowly (clogged?) and the TV did not seem to work, at least I could not go through any channels, it just kept offering to scan for channels. The walls seemed to be too thin (poor isolation) as I could hear the neighbor’s room occupants laughing way into the night. 3. On-premise restaurants: 5/5 Morning breakfast is good. 4. Pool area: N/A 5. Service:5/5 Overall weighted score: 4.5 out of 5.0 Notes: A good budget hotel that is within short cab ride distance to almost anywhere you need to be at. A bakery and a few restaurants are right in the same or next-door building. Would we come back? If I travel solo yes. With a family most likely no.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the staff of Mirzo Hotel in the Yakkasaroy area. I booked Yakkasaray premium apartments for my family. Manager Sarvar supervised and kept in touch before our arrival at the apartment, answering all my questions. And after checking in he asked about our impressions. At the reception, the hotel boss, Danior, kindly organized our check-in. I also noticed the level of service when other guests checked in. Hotel guests were competently served in Uzbek, Russian and English. I would also like to express my gratitude to Muhammad and Bunyod at the reception for their ability to greet guests and take care of their comfort. They greeted us very warmly. We were treated to snacks and drinks. The appearance and uniform of the employees is top notch. Nice to look at. As Coco Chanel said, “You don’t have a second chance to make a first impression,” your employees managed to make a great impression at the first time. The ability to warmly welcome guests at the highest level. All employees are very polite - it’s always a pleasure to contact them with any request. The apartment was clean. The bed and towels are clean. There are no complaints about the cleaning, everything is clean. Very beautiful, cozy, tastefully decorated apartment. The kitchen has everything you need. Breakfast is varied and very tasty. I was surprised by the variety of teas and nuts. You can feel the hospitality of the sunny east. In the restaurant, all the plates and cutlery were sparkling clean. Thanks to the chef. The waiters immediately removed dirty dishes after guests. Thanks to your hotel staff, our holiday in sunny Tashkent became even more pleasant and memorable. We will definitely come back to you. You are beautiful!
