Excellent location and friendly service. Also the food and portion was really good. Spacious rooms with great view to the mountains. Well maintained garden area and clean surroundings.

I was denied my flight on Saturday morning because the airline practice overbooking. Trip did not warned me about that and I ended up waiting 10 hours in the airport for the next flight disrupting all my plans in Java. Despite asking this hotel to cance my stay,l they refused even with the proof of denied flight from the airline. I am very upset at the airline, Trip and at the hotel hotel to not be more compassionate for me being victim of the overbooking practices.

Masa hotel, sprei bgni msh dpke aja, gda AC, g dpt ketel air kopi dll, cm air mineral aja. Sprei seadanya. Selimut bedcover biasa. Ky buat hotel2 transitan

This is old hotel but Ok. Around 200 meter from food area. Recommended

If you are looking for size, this hotel is perfect. Very spacious, with balcony overlooking mountain. However if you are looking for a modern kind of accommodation, you need to look elsewhere. Important: Overhead shower in the bathtub, no shower curtain, nor safety handheld bar. not suitable for elderly parents. Room amenities and faciilties: tired. Need major upgrade.

Don't expect too much with cheaper price.
