このホテルは、旅行者がトビリシを探索するのに必要なものすべてです。ロケーションは最高です。興味のある場所はすべて徒歩圏内です。周辺にはレストランやショップもたくさんあります。ホテルはモダンで清潔、快適です。部屋はそれほど大きくはありませんが、モダンで機能的です。スタッフは素晴らしく、とても親切でした。どんなアドバイスでも喜んでくれて、いつでも助けてくれました。ここに泊まらなくても、屋上のレストランを試してみてください。食事、サービス、景色は最高でした。唯一のマイナス点は、すべての追加料金（朝食、空港送迎）が不釣り合いに高価だったことです（朝食 1 人 20 ドル、送迎 1 台 100 GL）。しかし、朝食はとてもおいしく、運転手はとても親切で助かりました。将来トビリシを訪れることがあれば、間違いなくまたここに泊まります。

ホテルはとても清潔でした。デザインと屋内庭園が気に入りました。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。立地も最高です。レストランが 2 軒あり、1 軒からは庭園が、もう 1 軒からは屋上から市街が見えます。朝食ビュッフェは種類が豊富でした。本当に楽しめました。

素晴らしい滞在と部屋。ロケーションが気に入りました。街の中心にあります。すべてがわずか数百メートル先にあります。

とても清潔で、立地も良く、タオル、シーツなどすべてが新品です。素敵な装飾とレストランもあります。駐車場もあります（車で来る予定の方向け）。またトビリシに来たら、絶対にここに泊まります！皆さんに強くお勧めします。

ここは4つ星ホテルではなく、3つ星です！ 1. ホテルの清掃サービスは非常に悪く、天井の隅に蜘蛛の巣がありました。滞在中、バスルームの床は一度も拭かれていませんでした。 2. 静かな部屋をリクエストしたところ、ロビーにあるレストランの換気システムのファンに直接面した4階（＃419）の部屋になりました。システムの作動音で、吹き出す音と料理の匂いが立ち上ってきて、窓を開けることができませんでした。 3. このホテルのエアコンは別の話で、とても暑く、部屋の温度を調節できませんでした。設定温度は27度でした！この問題を受付係に伝えたところ、エアコンシステムは中央式で、他の多くの顧客も同じ問題について苦情を言っているので、どうすることもできないと説明されました。 4. バスルームの設備に期限切れのシェービングクリームが入っていて、肌荒れを引き起こしました。 5. 到着した最初の日は天気が非常に悪く、大雨が降っていました。チェックインの際、受付係 (マリアム) は、全額を支払う前にチェックインすることを拒否しました。私たちは雨の中、両替できる場所を探しました。両替所の場所を間違えて教えられました。滞在中に、天気が悪いと受付係がゲストに無料の傘を提供していたのに、私たちの場合はそうしなかったことがわかりました。 6. マットレスと枕は、4 つ星ホテルにしては快適ではありませんでした。 7. ロビーには、1 階にあるレストランから常に料理や揚げ物の匂いが漂っていました。 8. 部屋は、すべての照明を点灯しても常に暗く、テレビにはジョージア語とロシア語のチャンネルしかありませんでした。 9. シャワーヘッドから水が漏れていましたが、後でスタッフが修理してくれました。ガラスのバリアがないため、シャワーを浴びるたびにバスルームの床が水浸しになりました。滞在中、タオルは破れたものに何度も交換されました。 10. ジムは予約時に記載されていたホテル内にありませんでした。11. ミニバーは空で、チェックイン時に前の宿泊客が残した開封済みの砂糖袋が見つかりました。

I liked the boutique style, the ambience, rooms, and modern style of the hotel. The team is friendly, attentive and professional

The hotel is a short walk from the old town, the area has many visitors and cafes (I recommend PAUL) belonging to Freedom Square. A modern hotel with a beautiful design and an excellent restaurant with great views of the city. The room is clean and modern, the bathroom has a fantastic shower. The breakfast is excellent, varied and plentiful, especially liked that they cooked an omelet on site. The staff were courteous, friendly and exceptional service. I have to tell you about an incident that happened to me, at the end of the checkout, I forgot my AirPods Pro 2 headphones in the room. After I noticed that my headphones were lost, I contacted the hotel and after a while received a response from them that the headphones had been found and were waiting for me at the hotel reception. There is no doubt that the next time I go to Tbilisi, I will choose this hotel again!

We stayed for about 2 days while in Tbilisi. The hotel is quite elegant. The reception staff was excellent and fluent in English. The room was small but elegant and the amenities were excellent. Nice and serene ambience in and around the hotel. Just a 3 min walk from the Liberty square. Ideal for sightseeing. Extremely expensive breakfast buffet. The room service staff had to be reminded 4 times to replenish the green tea. The room was comfortable but they switch off the AC due the cold weather which makes it quite stuffy to sleep at night. We complained but in vain, so we slept with the window open.

I highly recommend this hotel.. I have been there for 10 days for a professionnal trip and everything is done to make me feel at home. The rooms are very confortable and food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is wonderful. It is a pleasure to stay here and all the staff is nice, sweet and helpful. Special thanks to Maya, always smiling with a nice word to me every morning.

Location close to Freedom Square is excellent, however this can mean it’s noisy outside at night. Good common areas & breakfast, but rooms are small & some are dark. We had 2 rooms, and would recommend Solo Lucky for a single. Overall a good hotel.

The hotel is located very close to the old city near the Freedom Square. The hotel is designed and without wear and tear. The breakfast is rich and varied, so is the restaurant on the 5th floor, very tasty food and at a low average price. ........
