Would like to suggest to hotel mgmt to inform guest during check-in that room will only be cleaned up upon request.
Or alternatively to have door signage to have "make-up" room service.
Kindly also repair the door hinge / lock for guest security. Thank you.

This place is our go to hotel whenever we come over for a night trip but this time isn't so pleasant as we got disturbed by a whatsapp at 2.40 am asking for payment. Wondering why cant wait till we check out the next day. I mean they could have asked for payment during check in. Customer service should learn manners at least And we got 1st level room, the inconvenience we had was the noise and also the room stinks. Overall it was okay and didn't want to make a big fuss about it as we are staying for a night.

Clean room with ample amenities. The room layout was strategically good. WiFi signal was good. It's just that maybe you can improve on your room service.

I stay at 2nd floor. Every midnight i can hear the staffs talking n laughing out laugh. The sound proof was bad. They can talk from 11pm until 2am, i went out and told them to shut up. Then only i have quietly night and continue to sleep.

Book to stay 1day because attending wedding at yijja, walking distance to there and quite convenient surroundings with 7-11, loklok, bubble tea at there area.

Our room was located at the corner of the hotel, and unfortunately, we could clearly smell the barbecue from the nearby restaurant at night. Additionally, we found a few strands of hair on the TV stand and towel, which made the room feel less clean. I hope the hotel can improve in terms of cleanliness and odor control.

I'm happy with my stay here! The hotel is great value for money. The room was clean and reasonable priced. Plus, there are plenty of food options nearby - lots of eateries within walking distance. Overall, everything is good so far!
